November 2009 ADR Wanted/Trade/Exchange/Canceled

Everyone and anyone is welcome to post reservations they want to cancel, trade or just want from someone who may be canceling or trading.

All that is require to do a transfer/trade is two willing parties, the phone# name and party size for the person who is wanting the reservation to be provided to the owner of the original reservation.

When posting please make a title listing Cancel or Trade, the date, and the location list all other info in the post itself that way it will be quicker for others to spot your post and respond.

So in order to transfer an ADR, does the original party just call and transfer it over to the "new" party?

Is anyone making November ADRs yet? We check in Nov 28, and our ADR date in Aug 30, so I know some of you out there are makin' em!

I just made ours this morning. Out of 9 restaurants, I couldn't get 3 that I wanted... On 11/16 Yak and Yeti was unavailable had to book Boma, on 11/18 San Angel Inn unavailable but I got LeCellier at exact time I wanted (go figure), and on 11/19 Teppan Edo unavailable had to book Coral Reef. I will keep trying though... My son loves Teppan Edo, and we think LeCellier is so overrated as is Boma, but at least we have a back up. Others I booked that we wanted are

Sci Fi
Biergarten
Ohana
50's Prime Time
and Chef Mickeys

I was going to ask for how many but instead I checked online. There is availability for party of 2, 3, or 4 at 4:40 p.m. on 11/12/09. Hope someone can use it. Thanks for posting OP!

I cannot believe that I got up at 4:45 am and still missed out on booking a good dinner time at Le Cellier.

If anyone is going to cancel theirs, please let me know. My birthday is the next day and I wanted to do my birthday dinner there.

I got stuck with Hollywood and Vine for the Fantasmic! package on November 16. We are a party of five (3 adults, 2 kids). MM was sold out when I called in this morning, but HBD and H&V were still available. I passed.

My wife wanted to try for HBD, but when I called back in, it was gone. So now it's a buffet, which none of us really like.

If anyone out there decides to cancel a Fantasmic! package at either Mama Melrose or Hollywood Brown Derby on 11/16, please, please, please let me know.

I cancelled LeCellier for Thursday Nov 12th at 4:30 for 2.

I am looking for LeCellier for Monday Nov 9th around 5:00-6:00 for 4.

I'm sure it will be fine. We just don't like buffets. I'm the only big eater in the group. Plus, it's crazy that Disney charges full price for a ten year old to eat at a buffet. I understand it's policy, but how much can a ten year old eat? She'll probably pick everything from the kid part of the line anyway.

We'll make the best of it. I'll probably call back a few times to see if anything changes.

Sorry, I forgot to put in my post that I do have a trade. I've never seen Illuminations before, and it is acutally one of the reasons we are staying at Beach Club for two nights. Since our visit is short I don't have much wiggle room. Anyone that would like to make my birthday extra special by swapping times, please let me know. I am assuming that our present time would make us miss out on the fireworks.

Presently booked: Le Cellier Sunday Nov 15 party of 2 for 8:10 pm

Looking to swap for Le Cellier dinner reservation earlier on Sunday Nov 15th.

I'd also be willing to give up my Monday ADRs as a swap.

We moved our vacation to the first week of November (from the last week of October) so I lost my Fantasmic preferred seating. If anyone cancels their preferred package for November 8 (at ANY restaurant that offers it!) could you PM me? I have Hollywood and Vine booked without the seating.

Also looking for CRT for November 4, breakfast or lunch. We have Tony's reserved for 6pm that night. If we get that, we'll also be cancelling Akershus for November 3 at 505pm.

We have a Sci Fi 4:30 ressie for Thursday Nov 19th, but we would like to trade or take someones cancellation for the Brown Derby. anytime between 4 -5 pm . We are 3 people.
Other than that we got all the ressies and time frames we wanted.
