Princess Tiana (The Princess and The Frog)

Rumours are she is coming next year to DLRP.

The dress IMO is ugly.

Personally I would rather see Giselle or the Fairies first.

I read about her appearance on the facebook page actually - I personally think she looks adorable! So excited for a new princess. Did anyone else see the Wish On A Star page? I saw a link to it when I was reading about the riverboat show.

My princess in the family says Tiana is coming too and that the reason Giselle is not there is the dress is too expensive to do (bearing in mind they have maybe 4 plus versions of the same costume per CM at any time) and because (close your ears if you don't want to spoil the magic) she is both a cartoon and a real person unlike Snow White say it is difficult to cast someone who would look so like Amy Adams.

Yeah i head that Amy Adams wouldn't license Disney to portray her in the parks which is a bit mean.

Ahh Prince Naveen! He made me laugh so hard in the trailer. I love how he tried to lure Tiana - even as frog. Don't you think it will be fun to watch their love story? I think they look like a really feisty/cute team!

So I am sure many of you might have seen this clip about Dr. Facilier and wow it takes me back! I keep thinking of earlier 2D Disney films.

During the Disney Animation panel at Comic Con, I had the pleasure of seeing a complete musical number from the upcoming The Princess and the Frog, the showstopper from the villainous Dr. Facilier called "Friends on the Other Side." In write-up I described it as a cross between "Never Had A Friend Like Me" from Aladdin and "Poor Unfortunate Souls" from The Little Mermaid, an expression of villainous intentions with nice visuals as an added bonus.
