We are considering watching Wishes from the Tomorrowland Bridge when we go back. I would love to watch them from Main Street but it's always sooooo crowded!!

MK at night is absolutely magical. Its nice to just soak in the ambiance.

I thought I told you already but maybe I didn't. We bought that R2D2 when we were there. He's quite cute and does have an off switch so he doesn't wander around when you don't want him out. My DS loves to put him on room guard so if anyone goes to close to his room, the alarm goes off. Drives the dog mad!

I think you did mention the R2D2, but you didn't mention how it drives the dog crazy Who knows maybe we'll still end up with one someday. It actually does sound kind of fun

I think Wishes from the Tomorrowland Bridge is great if you don't want to wait too long and are avoiding the crowds. It gave us time to ride Buzz and we still had a great view of Wishes. You really do see the fireworks well. They are just next to the castle instead of behind them. I think if I ever convince DH to stay for Wishes (he hates standing around in crowds for fireworks) we would go there again. However, if I'm alone next time I'll probably fight the crowd on Main Street.

Day 4, Part I
Beware to any Beach Club lovers. This update has the potential to make you homesick

It was around 6:30 am and what do I hear? A little voice singing, “It’s a happy day today.” It was Michael and he is awake and ready to go. I kick DH awake and instruct him to take Michael on a walk so the other kids (and myself) can get some sleep. So DH and Michael went on a morning walk around the Boardwalk. DH took some really nice pictures.

Funny that Wendy went from princesses to Buzz....must just highlight the transition, huh?! She's a doll and I love the picture of her at Minnie's house. Too cute!

The Beach Club looks amazing! We have been there for Beaches and Cream and to drool over the pool, but we are just going to have to stay there SOON. I didn't realize you could see so much of EPCOT.

Summer mornings are so relaxing It is too bad we so often have to rush off to the parks. It was nice to just enjoy the morning

We ate there for the first time last year and I was very impressed with the atmosphere and the food was good too. The Star Wars Disney character set up was a bit screwy. It would be very time consuming if you wanted to meet all of the characters. There were some people behind us that deparately wanted to meet Goofy and Donald (they'd already met Minnie), but they didn't get to. My boys didn't even seem to notice they didn't actually meet Goofy and Donald. They just wanted a picture of them which we got
Good guess on the Plaza I really think that is an overlooked gem in the MK.

Day 4, Part II

Luckily DH and Michael returned shortly and I immediately had the two boys grab their pails and shovels and took them out to the beach. It was an absolutely beautiful morning and the world was just waking up. We were alone on the beach and the boys had a grand time.

I was enjoying it quite a bit too. This is what I was doing (see my toes).

Notice the pedicure. Wendy and I had them done before we left home. Here is a better shot in case you can’t see.

People that noticed it usually said something like, "Do you really have Mickey on your big toe?" I always assured them I did

We were out on the beach close to an hour and it was a great relaxing way to start the day. We needed to head in and get ready for breakfast. We had a date with Minnie, Goofy and Donald scheduled. Where did we eat? Right down the hall from our room at Cape May Café.
We arrived for our 9:30 ADR and were seated promptly. We all headed up to the buffet and filled up on the yummy food. There were lots of fresh choices including fruit, pastries, Mickey waffles, eggs, bacon, potatoes etc. Pretty much the normal assortment, but we all agreed it was fresher and there seemed to be more variety than Crystal Palace. Of course, we also had the characters stopping by in their adorable bathing suits. First up was Minnie.

Look at this, Peter Pan is out in full force.

Overall, we all rated this meal better than Crystal Palace. However, that empty Main Street before breakfast makes Crystal Palace a meal we will probably do again and again.

We went to the Cape May Cafe clambake, but the breakfast sounds great as well. I just would never have been able to convince my gang to wake up for an ADR on our day off. You're right, the characters look so cute in their beach ware. No Mickey?
