how do we pull up our resort reservation from the disney dining site. I was gonna see if i can book a adr, and when i try to retrieve my resort reservation, it comes up with error.

Does anyone have an answer to this question? I am also wondering if we can book online with a DVC reservation. If we cannot, we are at a disadvantage.

Last night I wanted to test it out for myself. I went to the DVC website and got my reservation number for my upcoming vacation in Oct. Went to DisneyWorld.com and went to the Book Dining...then pick where and it asked me for my resort res. number and I just typed in my DVC res. number and it worked.

Yes, DVC ressie numbers do now work. Initially they did not. My Disney Destinations sales rep told me that they would not work as well as Land/Sea ressie numbers. I had a nice chat with a CM in IT that I reached via the TA portal. They were unaware of the problem and a trouble ticket was issued. I don't know if that was the driving force behind the fix but two weeks later, our DVC numbers started working!!

But I couldn't get the system to pull mine up today. Don't know what's wrong.

So sorry your having problems.....mine worked with my DVC reservation number and phone number...after I figured out the phone number needed was my cell number instead of my home number

They were WELL aware of the DVC ressie number problem. My wife and I spent well over 6 hours, over the course of 3 days, starting the day the on-line system went live, talking to DVC MS, ADR CM's, and their web tech people. I even managed to point them to what was CAUSING the problem (the 2ndary match on phone number)....it still took them a good bit to correct the problem.

:)

For the whole story, in dribs and drabs, there's a couple of posts on the subject around this form, and the early pages of the on-line ADR thread over in the Dining area.

Call the dining number, give the CM your ressie number, and ask them to check which phone number is attached to your reservation. I'll bet dollars to donuts that it's either a different phone number than you expect it to be OR the field is just blank.

If it's just different, use the phone number they've given you.

If it's blank.....that's a different story. Call DVC MS, have then check your ressie, and make sure they ENTERED a phone number (sometimes the CM's taking the ressie forget). If they didn't, have them enter it. If they DID....then we're back to an incarnation of the original IT issue that caused the problem in the first place.

is you ressie 90 days out. The dining reservation calendar only take it out to 90 days. How do we go 90 + 10 without the ressie #.

It's still hit or miss with DVC. I can make dining reservations with my DVC numbers now where I couldn't in the past BUT I still can't pull up any of those reservations after I've made them. I've exchanged e-mails with MS and they've e-mailed back all of my ADRs with the correct numbers and times so it went into the system.

I'm saving a printout of all my online ADRs to bring with to each restaurant just in case.

There is one screen on Disney Resorts where you can pull up your resort reservation. That always gives me an error. There's a different part on the Dining section where you also can enter the resort # and phone # and it works there.

i just logged on and now the "resort reservation " screen is not even there. When i click on it.. it keeps bringing me to the itinerary screen. Their site is messed up....

You can't do 90+10 without a ressie #.

To get 90+10, you click on one of the restaurants you want, and there is a link (above the area where you select the date) that says something like "retrieve your reservation". Click it.

Enter your ressie # and your phone #. In most cases, now, it seems to be able to find DVC ressies. It sounds like there are still some issues, though...and not everyone's is working.

If yours isn't, I suggest following the steps I outlined, above. It should at least clue you (and maybe them) into why it's not working, specifically.

Since your trip isn't til 10/25, the +10 doesn't become active til your 90 day mark...that is 7/27, I think.

On 7/27, sometime around 6 AM, when you follow the previous instructions, the calender will open up the 90+10.

Edit: Whoops, your edit posted just as I replied. :)
