ADR's...I have one main Question

Okay, a couple of months ago DH's family planned a 5 day vacation for all 14 of us to go to Mountain Home, Arkansas for a family retreat. Well, it turns out that we'll be in the mountains when our ADR date comes up!!! Yep, there's NO cell phone service where we'll be. We'll have to drive into town (around 5-5:30am) to make ADR's.

Here's my question....Assuming we can get cell service, can DH & I both make ADR's at the same time? Or will they only talk to one person from our party at a time?

If you knew how much of a commando-planner I was, you'd know how freaked out I am right now. I even have a poster board on my wall that I made into a calendar/chart where I've taped different restaurants on different days (depending on the scenario.) Everything revolves around b-fast at CRT for my DD's 9th b-day. If that doesn't happen I think I'll cry!

The good thing is: this is a surprise trip, so they'll be thrilled we're even there, much less if we get to eat somewhere fun. I'm a LITTLE controlling when it comes to our Disney planning!

Yes you can. You on one phone him on the other. Just make sure you split the list give him all the info . Info as far as Ress # dates you will be there and the restaurants you want to go to. We were planning on doing this when they answered my phone right away bu his phone they took forever and so he hung up and I did it all. Good Luck

Thanks for responding so quick! If this is the case, I may drag my sis-in-law in on the action. I will take CRT & give DH HOOP. Then, it's all gravy from there. Thanks a bunch!

Does anyone know if AAA agents will book ADR's for their clients? I just wonder if I could have her use the computer system while we use the phone.?.? TIA!

In my opinion do your own ress. This way you know whats going on. 2 many ppl will drive you nuts. You don't need AAA.

I am going to be in a similar situation when the 90 window for ADRS opens for our January trip. At 7:00 a.m. I will be in an airplane on my way to WDW for our October trip. Guess I will jump on my cell when we get on ME and try to make my ADRs on the way to the World. I guess there are worse places I could be...
