is it a Table service or Counter Service? My son is obsessed with Pinocchio right now..

it's counter service, some burgers, fries, I think chicken tenders and salad. Not a bad counter service choice and if you are lucky you can get the primo tables that overlook the loading area to IASW. My kids love those seats and waving to everyone on the boats below. I would also add that if I remember correctly it's not over the top with pinocchio theming. Looks more like a german/swiss cuckoo clock type setting. I wouldn't play up the whole pinocchio thing too much as to not disappoint him.

Here are some pictures from our March trip.

I think I read Figaro fries have been 'axed'.

If you can get this to the Restaurant Board, you may get more information and pictures.

those pizzas look good right now! yum! I love the new paper cup design! I was getting tired of the YOAMD logos! :) so cute!

Have enjoyed this CS restaurant several times in the past. However, we ate here last July and it was terrible. The figaro fries were not really figaro fries anymore.:sad2: Probably won't go here on our upcoming trip.

Yeah, we didn't care for the pizza either. However, do try a shake. They taste a little bit like a Wendy's frosty and they come in a plastic cup with a castle on it. We brought ours home.

...let's head on over to the Restaurants board, where we'll hopefully find some Figaro Fries experts. :)

Figaro Fries are still on the menu. However, they are now cheese fries with bacon. No longer can you get the traditional fries, cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato and ranch dressing.

You also can't get Figaro Fries on the dining plan - they are not part of a CS combo meal and apparently are not available for a snack credit.

should I damage my brain trying to figure out why a vegetable pizza costs more than a pepperoni one?

thanks for the pictures! AS long as their is chicken fingers, fries & pizza, i am there

I'll be honest...if you love good pizza, on the most part, this isn't it

It's funny how people have different preferences in pizza - I like this pizza a lot, and will sometimes just go in MK for lunch to get it. They used to have the same pizza at Roaring Forks at WL, but they now have some kind of flatbread that is horrible.

If you like a kind of thick, semi chewy crust, lots of not too spicy tomato sauce (I add hot pepper flakes to mine at the table), and a medium amount of toppings, you'll like it. If you prefer anything else, it probably won't be your favorite.

I always notice that too! I think 'most' people are more into the flatter New York style pizza which DH also loves, but I don't :scared: I much prefer the thicker crusted 'fluffier' type of pizza, so most WDW pizza doesn't bother me one bit :)

Oh man! The lettuce, tomatoes, and ranch dressing were what made them so unique and so yummy!!! They might as well just call them cheese fries now :( Although DH will be thrilled because this is always how he ordered them, and then he asked for a side of ranch, no signs of vegetables for him :rotfl:

We love Pinnochio's! After trying most of the CS options in MK (we haven't tried the Golden Horseshoe or the Parrot & the Pirate) it is our favorite.

We always do the Veggie pizza combo. :goodvibes

You can also sit outside on the upper floor of the restaurant with an awesome view of Fantasyland.

SHHHHHH!! That's our secret!!!! ;) Umm....I think I heard they were going to keep that section closed between June 28-July 5 :rotfl:

Totally correct about the figaro fries, they are only cheese sauce and bacon bits now, not very interesting.

I think I might know why the vegetable pizza is more though. The vegetable topping is actually made in house with all fresh vegetables while the pepperoni comes in already on the pizza. I am not a peppers and mushrooms person but it is pretty good.

I was actually going to ask what the vegetables were. I like mushrooms, but not peppers. Is there anything else on it? It sounds good :thumbsup2
