If you had to suggest 1 or 2 to definitely take in while at Disney, what would you say and what to order?

Cosmic Ray's- 1/2 Chicken and BBQ Rib Combo

Pecos Bill- Bacon Cheeseburger w/ Fries

I would have to say Wolf Gang Pucks, they have great pizza and a great breakfast selection. Another not to miss is the earl of sandwich. Very good sandwiches.....I have found the park cs' are just ok, but some of the better ones are flame tree at animal kingdom, and my husband loves fish and chips in England....

I vote for these 3 as must do 1. Earl of sandwich
2.Sunshine Seasons 3.DisneyQuest for a Cheesesteak and Cream Cheese Brownie

:wizard: Wolfgang Puck Express in the Marketplace is a must for us. For lunch we love the vegetable pizza and for breakfast the cornflake french toast!

Not sure if it's still there, but we really enjoyed the Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle Station. Oh and another vote for Earl of Sandwich!

Wolfgang Puck Express (BBQ Chicken Salad) and Cosmic Ray's! (Chicken and Rib combo). :thumbsup2

Columbia Harbor House in the MK (Lighthouse Sandwich - hummus and broccoli slaw). The upstairs dining area is nice and quiet. This is our favorite quick lunch at the MK.

Tangerine Cafe in Morocco/Epcot (any of the platters). These platters are great to share. Something a little bit lighter and different from the usual burger and fries.

Cosmic Rays in MK - (Rotisserie chicken platter). Cosmic Rays can be noisy and chaotic, but the chicken meal is quite good, and again, something different from the usual burgers and fries. Well, speaking of burgers, they DO have a good burger topping bar. :rotfl:

My ABSOLUTE favorites:

1) Wolfgang Puck Express at Downtown Disney - OUTSTANDING!
2) Tangerine Cafe in Morocco, Epcot
3) Flametree Barbeque at AK

I have to eat at these three places every trip. No way around it! :goodvibes

Let's see . .

For variety I like Sunshine Seasons (Epcot) and Cosmic Rays (MK).

I also love the steak and lamb pie with chips (fries) at Cookes in DTD. I like the Shogun Combination in Japan and the Egg Rolls and Potstickers in China at Epcot (one day I swear I'll figure out a way to combine them into one asian meal).

The burgers at the counter service restaurants are good if they're fresh. But sometimes I've received a totally cold burger with congealed cheese that has obviously missed the heat lamp completely. So I don't get burgers unless its right when the restaurant opens or if it's really, really busy so I know the food is not sitting too long in the kitchen.

Flame Tree Barbeque at AK, where the ribs and chicken combination plate can feed at least 2 of us. We go down the paths behind the building and eat in the shade by the water :)

The Patisserie at EP- France, where we can get the cheese plate with a loaf of bread and a couple pastries for the 4 of us to share. We love to eat at a table on the "street" and people watch. :goodvibes

I know these have already been listed, but to reiterate them again. These are the CS we do every trip:

1. Wolfgang Puck Express in DTD (everything's good, but the Mac-n-cheese is K-I-L-L-E-R.)
2. Sunshine Seasons in the Land in EPCOT (great sandwiches)
3. Cosmic Rays in MK (BBQ combo)
4. Flame Tree in AK (Pulled pork)

I wish we knew of a decent CS place in HS. I feel like that park is missing some good ones. We usually do Pizza Planet there, which is pretty good, but I wish there was more variety.

Wolfgang Puck Express is definitely the best counter service location around, but it's in Downtown Disney. In the parks, try Columbia Harbour House at the Magic Kingdom and Sunshine Seasons in The Land pavilion of Epcot. Those are my two favorites.

The Two Must Do's:

Columbia Harbour House- anchor's aweigh

Tangierine Cafe: Shwarma Combo platter

yummo

The pirate place in adventureland is open. They have a good topping bar... or you can head through the seating to Peco's topping bar (they're like one in the same place).
They have make your own tacos and really good cheesy quesidillas on the kids menu.
Harbour House (accross from mansion) has some really amazing clam chowder soup. Again different kids menu

Seasons at Epcot... love the variety.
And just for dessert or a cold snack... Koki Gori in Japan. Which means shaved ice of deliciousness... ^.^
And of course the different countries are definatly going to give you something different... it just all depends upon your taste.

Pizza Planet at Studio does have some really good pizza anywhere. I guess it's cause that's the only thing they make.
I can't say anything really sticks out there. We usually eat at PP if we're spending a full day there.

Animal Kingdom
Flame Tree BBQ... it smells so good walking past.

DTD
Another vote for Wolfgang (we ate the one across from the movies), and earl of sandwhich.

Earl of Sandwich at Downtown Disney Marketplace and I would recommend The All American (Without the Cranberries) and on the side get their Tomato Soup.

Contempo Cafe at the Contemporary and I would recommend the Chicken Ceaser Salad with the dressing already on it.
