Cool!

Good for Beth! I'll watch the video a bit later, but the pictures as always are great!

:rotfl: Your mom did a great job!! I would have been so embarrassed. The guy was the same one when my dad was in King Arthur. I so wish I would have videotaped that!!!

Alan made the design and then posted it on one of those websites, maybe zazzle or cafepress? And then everybody who wanted one could order them. One of the items that the site had available was a thong so there were many good jokes about who was going to order the thong with the meet logo on it. :rotfl:

I thought about the thong thing a week or so ago. Since you and your mom aren't in green, perhaps one of you ordered a thong for the meet? :lmao:

Loved the photos. There are some great candid shots - particularly of the kids.

Kristi

Kudos to your mom. She was a great sport with the World Showcase Players and did a great job. :cool1:

I'm way too shy to step up like that. I love your MMM pictures and will copy some as you have me and my kids in some of them. I had the red Maryland Basketball shirt so I stood out like a sore thumb in all that lime green but I booked my trip too late to get one of the shirts.

Keep up the good work. I love reading your reports. :)

Thanks! The video is hilarious, at least it is to me. ;)

It must be a fun job being one of the Players. Getting to put on ridiculous skits everyday and embarrass unsuspecting park guests. :rotfl:

 Hey we wore green, our lime green Focker lanyards. I wasn't going to spend money on the shirt as I would not have worn it during the day, just for the meet, didn't seem worth it to me.

Did you notice the "earth" globe for Illuminations going by in the background? Cool shot.

Kristi

I did, also thought it was a nice shot.

 She didn't have much of a choice since I shoved her out there. :rotfl:

Feel free to copy any of the pictures that you want. :thumbsup2

Don't feel bad about not being in lime green, we weren't either and we were signed up for the meet from the beginning.

I don't know what you are talking about. :confused3 If you are referring to the fact that I own a thong well so what, lots of people do. :confused3 I certainly was not wearing one that day though, jeez Mom, I'm not a skank! I mean I was wearing a skirt!

Anyways.....

Fabulous pictures, Lessa!!! That DISmeet looked like such a fantastic time! :woohoo: Thanks for posting them! :flower3:

Oh and Rosie, you ARE everywhere :lmao:

You are going to have to forgive me, I have a lot of pictures for this update so I am going to have to divide it between two posts.

When we got off the friendship boat the rain had stopped completely but there were still large puddles of water everywhere. Epcot definitely is the worst park for water drainage in my experience at least.

As we were walking the water kept sucking my flip flops off and the part between my toes was biting me in the skin as the water sucked my shoes this way and that. I got a nice bruise from that which showed up later on. !!!!!!!

We came upon the Lion King topiaries

Then we found a photopass photographer at the Beauty and the Beast garden. She was a very nice lady but the pictures were not that great. Our faces are all shiny and they seem overexposed. She had also taken a picture with our camera which looks much nicer but of course I couldn't add borders to that one!

At this point we decided to go into Mousegears. I had decided that I wanted to buy a pair of the Minnie Jane crocs. Unfortunately the purple ones that I liked were only made in childrens sizes so I ended up buying a pink pair instead. It is a good thing I bought them too as they definitely turned out to be the most appropriate footwear for the coming days.... I put them on right away and popped my sandals into the bag the cashier gave me. Ah! Sweet Relief! Well sort of, my feet still hurt but not as much as before.

We ran into another photopass guy so you know what we had to do...

The theme of the Flower and Garden Festival this year was Cinderellabration so of course the centerpiece display at the entrance to the park was princess themed! I loved it! So pretty!

After that we headed on out of the park and back to the hotel. I parked the car at the main building so we could head in and fill up the mug and check out the food court and see if we wanted to eat dinner there that night. After that we drove over to the room. My original plan had been to go swimming for a little while but a storm had moved into the area so those plans were out. We had gotten back to the room just in time! Instead I wrote up my trip notes for the day and massaged my poor aching feet.

We decided to head off property for dinner and we decided on the Olive Garden. We love the Olive Garden and they don't have them up here in Canada so we only get to eat at one when we are vacationing in the states.

I ordered the manicotti and it was delicious! I couldn't finish it though thanks to those free breadsticks they give you. The meal was excellent and we went on back to the hotel that night nice and full.

We had left Epcot early that day as we(I) had a date with the tv that night. It was the survivor finale and I didn't want to miss it!

As I was lying in bed watching Survivor I looked down at my arms and legs and the rash was back!!! Nooo!!!!! Those of you who read my report from last year know exactly what I am talking about.

I was pretty sure it was not the sunscreen as I had tested it out at home before the trip so it had to be something at POP I was allergic to. Why do these things always happen to me?!

Wow, I can't believe I missed so many flower topiatries. I tend to not pay attention, which is sad.
Thank you for sharing your pictures, I truly enjoyed them.

No problem, I am always finding new things each trip, just got to slow down and take everything in. Were you there during the Flower festival?

Can't you upload your own trip photos and add the borders to it and add it to PP before you buy it? I'm pretty sure you can, I could be wrong tho.

Great update tho. Those princess topiaries are just freakin' gorgeous!

I know that you can upload your own photos and use them when making a photobook through the photopass site, I don't think you can just add borders and have them on your cd though.

Oh Lessa !!Not the RASH!!!Hope the Bros Grimm don't get hold of any pix of it!!!:rotfl2:
Geat update !! I haven't got myPP yet from Berte girl but I expected it mid month so no concern as yet!!
