Live from Kidani! Now with lots of Pictures 6/14!

Just checked in this morning... We LOVE IT... We are turning in early tonight because we had to get up at 4 am for our flight..and we have Star Wars weekend tomorrow morning.

I would post pictures but I don't know how?

We are in Kidani studio Sav view.. LOVE LOVE LOVE it... Pool is very cool.. A little small but the theming is outstanding. My mother has a handicap room. I took pics so if anyone is interested in those pictures let me know. Lots of animals on our savanna.

Any questions I would be happy to answer?

We'll be there in a couple of weeks, have a blast. Be sure to take a walk out on the savannah behind the lobby, that "fence" there is so much smaller than at jambo, and you feel so much more a part of it, if that makes sense.

We will be checking into Jambo 1 br on 6/13 (still have fingers crossed on waitlist coming thru for Kidani) - anyway, I would love for my youngest to play in that pool. How long is the walk to Jambo house, would it be easier to drive to kidani? Can't wait. Thanks!

I was looking at photos of the Kidani pool area today with my kids. They think it looks fun, but do you think it's as nice as Stormalong Bay at BCV? Does the playground area look like it's for very young children, or would my 8 and 10 year old still feel comfortable playing there? Thank you for the info in advance.

My husband walked it last night for food... It was about 15 minutes each way..10 if you walk quickly. He wasn't pleased with having to do that to get food for the kids. I guess front desk is getting MANY complaints about food options.. Either way we are very happy with Kidani and will walk for food if we have too...

We love the pool area! The slide is awesome is fast.. The start/go light is not working yet so there is a life guard there at all times. Which is OK by me. I can't pull my kids out of the interactive water area...They are 7 and 5 and absolutely LOVE the play area.

DH is going to try and figure out the picture posting. I hope to have pics soon..

To be honest I think the standard view would be better at Jambo because you would have a chance at pool view. I don't think the standard view at Kidani is a good view at all.

The light on the slide must have broken this past weekend. We left on Friday, and it had been working all last week.
