Viewing houses** updated had offer accepted :)

I'm a very excited bunny today!!!! Tomorrow DH and I are flying home to view houses YAY
A move back to the UK has been on the cards for a while, so we thought we would take advantage of the market now and buy a house
Got 12 houses to view between tomorrow afternoon and Saturday and then on Sunday morning we fly back to Italy.
We have already got a mortgage agreed on principle so we just need to find the right property.

I'm so excited that we are finally making a move towards coming home, we won't be able to move back straight away but at least it's one step closer

Only downside is that we are going without the kids!! it's the first time I have EVER left them over night!!! I feel a bit sick!!!

I have started looking at prices but I would never get a mortgage on my salary. I have some money saved for a deposit so its a start

Medway is not all bad, although there are some areas I would avoid like the plague. I have requested a transfer to Medway ambulance station, i'm based there at the moment until I do my driving but I want to stay after

We were lazy and have only ever viewed the house we live in! Mind you, we did buy it from our boss and had been here for many parties beforehand so we knew we loved it

We found our house and have had our offer accepted!!!! fingers crossed it all goes through smoothley

It was a great weekend, hard leaving the kiddies but I actually enjoyed being an adult in adult company and they were fine
We viewed 14 houses in the end, some were really bad and skanky (they do wonders with photos!!) and some were quite nice.
When we viewed "our house" we just felt at home right away!! funny how you just know it's the house for you. I am so pleased they accepted can't wait to go back to see it again. I just know i am going to be on tender hooks until it all goes through!! lol
