Oh, LL have a wonderful, fabulous, fantastic, magical vacation full of good friends, family, food and celebration.

I think I have finished everything that I need to do. I made a last minute stop at Walmart to buy some cheap-o ponchos, socks, a mini umbrella and another set of inserts for my Crocs. I am all packed except for my toothbrush, hairbrush and comb.

I really feel like I am forgetting something but I am sure I am fine. Marc thinks the fact that I am bringing three bags is ridiculous. PFFFT. I haven't stuffed any of the three bags to the brim, I have room for souvenirs, so there.

I haven't heard from Jen since she has hit the road, well she tried calling once but I was eating dinner and didn't get to the phone in time. I am sure I will hear from her soon.

I'm excited and nervous. I didn't expect to be this nervous about traveling alone, I know deep down everything will work out but airports cause anxiety to begin with. They intimidate me. I am just glad I am not flying out of Logan! Mom also pointed out that I have navigated airports on my own before with Marc following so just to pretend he is behind me. So true, Mom, so true!

I'm almost done with "Jane Austen Ruined My Life"...so much for saving it for Disney. I think I am going to go lay in bed, relax, read and hopefully be asleep by 9.

So this is it...goodbye. Allow me to get sentimental for a moment or two...

This is the second PreTrip Report that I have written. It's been a little over a year since I started my first one for my August/September 2008 Disney Trip. I honestly can't believe how many wonderful friends that I have met along the way of writing these.

Planning for this trip has had many ups and downs, changes, twists and turns all for the better I think. Who knew that I would end up spending 1/2 of this trip with Jen, who I am convinced is my long lost sister. We have so much in common, it's kinda scary. I'm also looking forward to the second half of the trip with my Mom. We have never done anything like this just the two of us, I am so excited to make memories with her.

I look forward to writing PTR updates, just as much as I look forward to reading all of your responses. Thank you so much for joining in on this PTR Journey. I hope you all have had just as much fun as I have had along the way. I know coming home and being able to share my Disney trip with all of you, will make it just a little bit easier to leave Disney.

I know what you mean about the airport and flying anxiety, but I think your mom had a great point, and I'm glad that you're not flying out of Logan -- I really hate that airport.

I know what you mean about meeting the people on the DIS; a few days ago I had a meet with one who I am convinced is MY long long sister, and there are so many others, like you, that I love "talking" to via the site.

Where I am it's 11:53 pm. 7 minutes until LL's Disney Day.

BUT, where you are, it's 12:53 am, so it IS LL's Disney Day!

I love your Mom's point about navigating the airport. Smart Momma! The first time I ever travelled alone was flying, to move to, NYC. I was running late for my flight and literally had 5 seconds to say good-bye to my Mom who was parked illegally. I burst into tears at the ticket counter and was shaking. All the nerves boiled over! The agent at the counter was incredibly sweet, reassuring me everything would be fine, etc.

She was right! And YOU will do great...all the nerves will hopefully melt away as you fly into the air and can rest with dream of Disney right before you!

I can't wait to read your TR! HAVE A MAGICAL TRIP LL!

Approximately 200 days ago, I started my Official Disney Countdown.

Not only did it survive my cats, but it survived a move too!

Love it. What a great idea to feature all those wonderful memories in one beautiful piece of art. And it doubles as a countdown! The lone Mickey head is kinda cute there by himself!

You know how I had to get up at the crack of dawn....well I got up at the BUTT crack of dawn. I woke up a full 30 minutes before my alarm was set to go off. I laid there for a few minutes and the said, "IT'S DISNEY DAY!" I am showered and dressed. Just need to make my hair pretty and I will be off.

It was very different to see you posting at this time of the day! There's usually just me and CP and maybe a couple more early birds milling around here during these wee morning hours!
