Hi everyone. We survived our busy weekend, and I am trying to catch up here. Please forgive me if I miss someone.
Lauren -- I loved the pictures of Thomas. My favorite though was the one with Andrew looking lovingly at him. What a great big brother!
Kathy -- I was sorry to see that I Want Revenge was a scratch. Hopefully, Kyle's friend will get another chance at the Preakness.
Janice -- Did the date already happen or do I still have time to wish you luck? I hope things went well!
Bethany -- You are too funny.
On the CVS website, you can upload your photos, order prints and then just go pick them up at the closest store. I was missing my actual photos recently and had a bunch printed...it was pretty inexpensive too.
Vickie -- Congratulations to your son on the good report! Being chatty isn't a bad thing. I've been called into conferences because my two weren't chatty enough! (Oh, and I didn't think you were playing football.)
Ann -- Luke won't try ice cream? Last night, one of my neighbors was saying her son (age 10) won't try bacon. I didn't think anything would trump that, but not wanting to try ice cream? It's a close call. I hope he is feeling better.
Have a great trip!
Of course not!
I've never seen the parents keeping score, but the kids sure do!
Glynis -- There were always parents who did the cars when my brother was in Boy Scouts (and no, my brother never did win, although I do think he got an award one year for Best Design or something like that) and those kids usually won. That is sad about J.J.
I am very sorry to hear this, although I am not surprised.
Dinner at my parents' was mussels in a garlic/cream sauce, pommes frites, arugula salad and bread. I got the hairy eyeball from my mom because I only ate a few of the mussels. I don't care for them that much. A few of them as part of some other dish...okay. A whole bowl full of them...not okay. I had to change my clothes as soon as I walked in the house because I smelled like them.
I'll try to keep up this week, but it is a busy one...three baseball games (Liam's coach said Liam is going to pitch either tomorrow or Thursday...fingers crossed he does well! His team REALLY needs some decent pitching), four days of skating, two dance practices, a make-up gymnastics class, and two afternoons spent waiting to get tickets to the dance recitals. Things will settle down in a couple of weeks.

I haven't gotten any scrapbooking done since I got a digital camera, I don't know how to get my pictures.

Yep, next week this time I'll be home!! And beignets are at the top of the list!
Have a great trip!
Welcome home. I am sure your little friends were happy to see you.neither of us thought to bring a housekey, just a garage door opener So we sat in the garage and ate dinner while we waited for the sitter to run the key over.
Calories consumed for scientific study don't count, right?
It was the age bracket where they didn't even keep score, they just wanted the kids to learn the sport and have a good time. Every single game, every time, the dads were all keeping score in the stands.
Of course not!

I got a message from Lindsay on facebook last night. She is withdrawing from the DIS boards. She feels really badly about everything here on the WFD thread, and just feels like it would be better to withdraw for a while.
