what restaurants would be good to eat at?

We are looking at Rainforest Cafe or Wolfgang Puck, or Mon Ami Gabi. (Loved that one last time!:lovestruc)

Walk over to Mandalay Bay and try Border Grill for Mexican food; they have an outdoor patio if it's not too hot.

Or, at MGM Grand, the Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill is a good choice. The blue cheese potato chips are to die for.

We stayed at MGM Grand in March and I'm heading back for a girls trip there in September!!

We did the winter tasting menu at Nobhill. LOVED IT!! They currently have the spring tasting menus up and may have something going on when you are there. It is pricey, but worth it IMO.

Burger Bar over at the Mandalay Bay shops is good as well.

Our favorite place for breakfast is at NYNY's Il Fornaio. The BEST eggs benedict I've had. More of a parmasean cream sauce than holindaise.

We are going in a couple of weeks to celebrate my son's 21st birthday:woohoo: It's going to be a group of about 12-15 people. Any suggestions of where to have a birthday dinner:confused3

Not sure where you are staying of if that matters how close to your hotel the restaurant is...

I have friends that have used the private party room at Magiannos. One friend even had the meal for after her daughter's wedding there in March.

The only places I've been to a meal with that many were at The Buffet at TI after a wedding. Worked out pretty well and the groom's parents paid for the entire group's meal. And at the brew pub at Main Street Station after a private poker tournament. We lucked out and a large party left as we were next in line.

If it's a big group of the birthday boy's friends they might get a kick out of Dick's Last Resort at Excailbur. I haven't eaten at this location, but have at the one in Dallas. Food's nothing fancy, but I'm sure the wait staff would make a big production out of it being he's 21st birthday and all.

I would definitely try and make a reservation with a group that big tho. Have fun!
