ok sorry for yet another question on the half board plans. but just when i think ive got it it confuses me again. if we book half board plus can we combine two vouchers for the auberge? we want to do this so we can eat and pay for the rainforest another day. im not going home with vouchers :rotfl:

The official line - Yes you can, I have an email from DLP that says so, however, I'm still waiting for a reply/explanation/apology as to why 2 different cast members on 2 seperate occasions at City Hall on our trip told me it wasn't possible.

.............and I did end up coming home with a whole days wasted vouchers and wasn't happy.

that is exactly what i dont want to happen. so sorry that happened to you. i mean thats money you spent and got nothing for which in effect gets rid of any saving you may have had

Might be worth following Jill's lead and get an official reply from Disney. Then you can take this letter with you to avoid the difficulties others have faced :)

This is the reply I had

Thank you for contacting Disneyland Resort Paris. I am pleased to inform that it is possible to use more that one half board voucher per person for the payment of your meal in most of the buffet and table service restaurants (except Rainforest Cafe, Planet Hollywood, King Ludwig Castle and Mc Donald's). However, no refund is given if the total i less than the value of the voucher.

The email address I contacted them on:

dlp.guest.communication@disney.com

Our situation came about by misfortune, but you know beforehand that you want to combine, so I'd agree with Cyrano get something in writing before your trip. I started to doubt whether it was possible to use 2 vouchers and it wasn't my place to argue with the CM's, if I'd had that email with me at the time, I would have stood my ground.

thanks that great. i will definately email them so i have something to prove it. did you put in a complaint about it? if you didnt you really should
