Love your jibbitz! Especially the light up one... cool!! Jibbitz are one of those things I wish I'd invented. Like I wish I had the dream about Twilight or conjured up the Harry Potter idea while on a train. Surely there is a million dollar idea lurking somewhere in my head?!

SO glad your mom is going with you. I'm not sure you're going to come up with a better name for her than mom. Your plans sound fantastic. Can't wait to hear what ADR she picks. How funny that ADR issues run in the family!

I need some new crocs so I can put some Disney jibitz in them. Do you wear the mary jane type? I'm drawn to those, but I'm afraid of change and my clunky regular ones feel so good. They also happen to be orange. Can you say duck feet?

Awww I love the jibbitz!! Keep an eye on them I was crushed when my Eve jibbitz disappeared from my black mary janes on our March trip Now my poor Wall-E jibbitz is lonely.

I can't find a Wall-E jibbitz, but I can find Eve. Sad. I took them off my crocs tonight so I don't lose them during the big move.

Good luck with your move this weekend! It's always such a hassle, but so worth it when your in your new place.

The jibbitz are just too cute. I went out outlet shopping a couple weeks ago, and was thrilled to find a new crocs outlet had opened. I picked up 4 pairs of crocs for $30. One pair of green mary janes, a pair of athens flips, a pair of prima slip ons (all $5 each) and a pair of Alice's for $15. I tucked those away since they will be a replacement of my current Alice crocs that I wear at my part time job. Now that I have some non-Mickey crocs I need to get some jibbitz for them!

I am so jealous that you have crocs outlet. Let me know next time you go, I'll give you my shopping list!

Hope the move goes smoothly tomorrow. No rain! The jibbitz are cute-may have to get some for my hot pink Mary Jane Crocs.

We covered the table and chair with a huge tarp. Poor Marc has never had the joy packing the back of a truck with my parents...entertaining to say the least. I have learned to just stay out of their way. Hot Pink Mary Jane Crocs sounds fabu and fun, I may need some!

ADR issues do run in the family. My mom was trying to get Marc to decide for her today but he wouldn't. I don't know if she can handle the pressure.

That's so funny! That's exactly what I have in my crocs - mickey on the right, minnie on the left. I try not to wear mine to work too much, because I don't want to take the chance of bodily fluids entering through any of the mickey holes. So I wear a solid pair to work, but as soon as it stays warm outside I will be wearing those crocs again.

I love your Jibbitz!! I bought a Sleeping Beauty one at the GF last year but it fell out of my Crocs the same day. I don't have the regular Crocs though, I have some kind of... ballet flat looking ones with an open back. My favourite is the Mulan one!!

*WARNING!* *DISNEY PURCHASES AHEAD*
There's a warning for all of you folks who say I am bad shopping influence. I did do some therapeutic shopping last week. I found a cute little website surfanddirt someone mentioned it on the DIS for buying Crocs. Forgive me but I can't remember who. I didn't buy Crocs but I did buy something for my crocs.


I tweaked my itinerary for the days that Mom is joining me. I feel like I need to come up with a better "name" for her when I type this but I don't know what that would be. Anyhoo! I didn't have to change as much as I thought. Here is how it stands.

Wednesday
*Mom will be flying in sometime in the morning. I think she is taking a flight around 7ish AM.
*While I'm waiting for her I think I will stick to my original plans of heading to Magic Kingdom for rope drop.
*Meet Mom at ASMusic around lunchtime..? I am thinking she will be there before noon. We plan to keep in touch with cell phones when she lands so I will have plenty of time to get back to ASMu.
*Let Mom refresh, maybe eat lunch at ASMu or wait until we get to a park.
*Let Mom pick either Magic Kingdom or Epcot for the night. I'm leaning more towards Epcot since she really wants to explore the Countries. I might try to pick up two fast passes for Soarin in the morning. Hopefully if I got there earlier enough, my FP window would open back up.
*This night is our backup night if the ADR she picks is not available on Thursday night.

Thursday
*Animal Kingdom at Rope Drop
*Maybe explore Animal Kingdom Lodge, I'd really like to see it if we have time.
*Break at ASMu
*Table Service ADR. She still hasn't picked, she keeps talking about the Tofu Noodle bowl from Brown Derby. Nine Dragons or the skillet from WCC. She is still looking at links though. ADR issues apparently run in the family.
*Depending on where the TS is, we will probably head back to Epcot. I'd like to catch Illuminations with her.

Friday
*Before Park opening ADR at Crystal Palace. I am so excited that I am keeping this and that Mom and I can enjoy an empty Main Street.
*Magic Kingdom --- All Day!!
*Depending on our moods, I might suggest hopping over to Epcot before we head back to ASMu for our nap because....
*PM EMH's at Magic Kingdom! They are only until midnight so I am sure we can both make it that late.
*Wishes

Saturday
*Epcot. I would like one last ride on Soarin and Spaceship Earth before leaving.
*Magic Kingdom. Of course I need to say goodbye. *Sniff Sniff* I hope to have a fabulous CS lunch and just enjoy as much MK as possible. Our flight isn't until after 6, so I am thinking we have a good few hours to spend in the parks before we have to catch Magical Express.

There you have it! The itinerary really didn't change a whole lot, it's just more concrete now that Mom is joining me.

Hopefully on Sunday I will have some time to spare to show you pictures of the new apartment!

The teacher next door to me was so upset when she left school Friday that she did some therapeutic shopping, too. She bought her grandson two outfits, took him out to eat, and came back to school Monday with a big bag of things for new baby Bella and an arts and crafts thing for Brooklynn!

There is no better name than Mom. It's the best name I have ever had!

I hope you do get to go to Animal Kingdom Lodge. Have a zebra dome for me....and you probably better have one for Charleston Princess, too!

I don't have time for individual replies right now but I wanted to let you all know that move went really well. I'm extremely exhausted and was up half of last night, I think it was anxiety and nerves about everything going smoothly. While I was waiting for the movers and Marc to arrive at the new apartment, I took out my camera to take some "before" pictures...and I didn't have a memory card. D'oh! Hopefully I will have some pictures up either tomorrow night or Sunday sometime!

Hey LL! Just getting caught up on your PTR. I can't believe how much everything's changed! It's nice to hear that your Mom will be joining you for part of your trip. That will be really nice. We also stayed at ASMu a couple of years ago right after it was refurbed and enjoyed it. Also, Jiko is our favorite restaurant so that was a great choice as well! I'm sure you'll have a great time!
