Ok, so let's just say I have a bounceback offer for free dining. I understand you can book two rooms. However. I only booked one. Can I go and revise my reservation, and book another seperate room. In the past. I have added more days. But, someone else wants to go now. Can, I just pay the 200, and add the extra room?

We couldn't last year. My daughter and I had been in WDW in 2007 for the free dining. She booked a bounce back and I didn't. When I decided to go in 2008 with her again, she tried to do just what you want and we even had one better I WAS there in 2007 and we couldn't do it. I did actually get the free dining since Disney Visa ended up offering it and that's how I got it. Disney did offer the free dining in late spring last year for 2008 beside the Visa offer. You should try anyway but not such luck when we did and we called and spoke to a few CMs.

No. Youre booking a new reservation. Thats like trying to book another room with a promo code thats expired

Even booking two rooms gets "sticky" as you need to give names and ages and pay for it yourself, so it did not work out for my extended family last year (for this years) bounceback. I think you missed out. Good luck though.

Im sure the OP knows their friends names and ages and all they would need is the $200 deposit. The problem is, booking a promo doesnt lock you in to book it again after its over.

Yes if you book a promo during the allocated time period does guarantee you the use of that promo for changes in the future if the changes are available. I booked the bouceback free dining in August 08 for August 09, I just changed my resort from Pop century to OKW with the 30% off and free dining last night. :cheer2: I was told that since there were 2 adults on my reservation this past august that I could add a second room at the same price. And then I still have until 45 days out to cancel or change again.

Sometimes you have to call a couple of times in order to get someone who knows what to do. As soon as someone answered my call I told them that they were going to have to send me to guest services because it is an offer not available anymore and that helped. One person had no idea so I just said thank you, hung up and called back.

It never hurts to call and ask.

How did you get the 30% off with the Free Dining?

catne is correct. With the bounceback code of DJX which was available this past Aug 08 you could get a double discount. Free dining plus 30% off villas at OKW or SSR. Great deal. That was one of the few times when they offered a double discount with the free dining. I just took advantage of the OKW booking this past weekend so I was just showing that you are in essence locked into a promo once you make a reservation. It took me a few calls to get the OKW availability but it's worth it for the space, etc.
