When is Lobster night on 7-day Magic?

Crazy question, I'm sure. I'm making reservations at Palo, but don't want it to be on the night that they serve lobster in the other dining rooms so my children can enjoy it with us. Is it the last night, or is it at the "captain's gala" on the Thursday after leaving Castaway Cay?

The baked lobster on sun-dried tomato risotto is amazing at Palo on Thursday night. The lobsters are big and tasty.
