My 4 yr old DD asked if she could brush my hair for me to make me look pretty. So she starts and not so gently brushes it for me. She then tell sme that I am sitting like a good girl:rotfl2: and that she wished Blod, our cat, would sit so good. I said "what" turns out before she started on my hair she had been doing the cats hair with you've guessed it the same brush:scared1: :scared1: .
She can't understand why I have made her stop and why i had to wash my hair

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: eeewwww Natalie, but that's so sweet.
At pre-school today youngest DD3 was decorating fairy cakes for valentines and Teacher Julie said to her "how are you going to do yours, Poppy?" to which she apparently replied "beautifully"! Where do they get it from ?:lmao:

I'm sure we could all right a book about what kids say. Ebony recently asked her granny how she got from being a twinkle in her dads eye to being in mums tummy. Granny said thats one to ask your dad lol.
She had been told that she was a twinkle in her dads eye after getting upset that her brothers had been to disney more times than her. So she thinks she was there just as much as them but thought it was too dark to see much:rotfl2: :rotfl2: She does think it was more fun in dads eye than in my belly as all she could see then was blood and food:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

aww, I love "sitting like a good girl" thats so funny.

She says that as we usually have a fight every morning to get her hair done. Boys are so much easier

My 7 year old hates having her hair brushed, she starts wincing before I have even touched her with the brush.

Total opposite here! My daughter has really long, thick hair and she'll sit for hours with me playing with it. My son has virtually no hair and would do anything never to see a brush again! lol

My DD has asked for hers to be cut, I tried to brib her to keep it long with a trip to BBB at WDW however it didn't work as she wants to be a pirate not a princess. :confused3

well i took ds9 to the hairdressers yesterday to get a much needed cut(he had been growing it and it was pretty untidy)so he gets a number 4 all over and when he's done turns to the hairdresers and says "ok ladies now i'm ready for valentines day" :rotfl2: not bad for a 9year old!

ds was ill the other week so i had to take him with me to Rosemary conley to get weighed, when we got back my mum phoned and asked him where we had been, he told her " i have been to that place so mummy can get skinny" I just wish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will never forget when Chloe(7yrs) had not long turnt 4+was helping me to put away the shopping-i opened up the new toothbrushes+gave them to her to put in the pot in the bathroom.Off she went.Later when we brushed our teeth together, mine was wet-did'nt think nothing of it-Chloe says-Mummy was your toothbrush ok,yes why i said-oh nothing she replies.I kept on asking until she told me,'your one fell in the toilet'   .Now i knew why it was wet+she had been in the bathroom a while.x.
