Is there any seafood offered at the lunch buffets?

My dad LOVES Seafood...I was just wondering if there is any seafood offered at the buffets.

I posted this on a previous thread about the buffets. Hope it helps.....

Embarkation Buffet
- Cheeses, breads, fruits
- shrimp, breaded tilapia
- carving station for roast beef
- mac-n-cheese for kids
- strawberry soup
- center station was salad bar

American Buffet
- Cheeses, breads, fruits
- fried chicken, pork ribs, crab legs
- carving station for ham
- spaghetti, chicken nuggets, mac-n-cheese for kids
- center station was fajita/taco bar

Italian Buffet
- Cheeses, breads, fruits
- beef kabobs, tilapia, pork chops, chicken marsala, beef canneloni, asparagus
- pizza, rigatonia, meatballs, pears for kids
- carving station for turkey

These are the only ones I wrote down. I didn't write everything that there was on the buffet but just the things we were most interested in. The other buffets were Asian, TexMex and Seafood.

I think there was a seafood buffet in Topsiders one day. They will list it on the Navigators.
I ate a lot of seafood off the regular dinner menu. I ate more scallops that week then I have in the past 5 years. Yummmm!!

Cold, I only ever had it hot at dinner,lol. It was good though, I use to not like cold shrimp but it kinda grew on me,lol.

Shucks I like mine hot too. I'm a MD girl living in PA and so eating seafood on vacation is usually disappointing.

Me too! Every shrimp/scallop appetizer and entre they offered...I ate!


There's an appetizer that they served on the Westbound Panama cruise that has made it's way to the regular menu. I'll try and look it up tonight (gotta head to work) for the name and which menu it's on. It is a scallop with a slice of deviled egg and a caviar garnish (plus other stuff) and it is out of this world! Order TWO.

Mmmmmm... sounds delish! I ate a scallop dish in Lumiere's our first night in that dining room. I can't remember what it was (something in cream sauce) but I just about died. It was at that point that I looked at DH and "aw to heck with the diet, bring me more."

In just about every dining room. I swear I ate them 5 out of 7 nights.

I am also pretty sure Topsiders has a buffet lunch that is mostly seafood.

Yes, there is a seafood buffet that is served in both PC and Topsiders - its is amazing!! Much better than the seafood in the brunch at Palo. They have things like mussels and calamari, and diffrent seafood and sauce dishes and shrimp, and rock crab, and just about as much variety of seafood as one could want.

This is actually my favorite food experience from our last cruise. I went and filled three trays of food over and over again and brought them up to our room. It was sooo good I have made a special point of putting it into my matrix for our upcoming cruise so I don't miss it.

Oh, and I am from New England - its hard to impress me with seafood. This buffet did.

What about the Mexican buffet, and are all of these buffets lunch buffets at Topsiders? We are going on the western 7 night. We never did a buffet except for the embarkation one on our last cruise.
