My Planning Session is on March 6 and I have no idea what to do about the menu! We were originally going with a Buffet, but I have to check with our planner because we might have to do a sit-down due to the low number of people coming.

I need serious help because I don't know what to pick:hyper:

What are your recommendations? What didn't you like?

So far I think the Mahi Mahi and the Applewood Bacon Roasted Chicken sound good, has anyone ever had either of these?

Thanks for your help!

Please keep them coming! WOW, everything sounds so good!

I'm having a hard time deciding between the Parmesan -crusted Chicken Breat with Basil Potatoes & Mushroom Cream (I don't like Mushrooms) and the Roasted chicken with Applewood Bacon, Caramelized Shallots, Apple and Cabernet Reduction

And also the Island spiced Mahi Mahi with Grilled Pineapple, Citrus, and Vanilla Bean Beurre Blanc or the Mahi Mahi steamed in Banana leaves with Mango Salsa

I'm also having a hard time choosing which beef, starch (definitely potatoes though!) and veggies, though the Olive Oil grilled veggies sound good.

More Menus please! Plus if you could mention you're price per person, it would be helpful as well!

Thank you all!

The Mahi Mahi with Vanilla Bean Beurre Blanc was excellent. I am going to have the Vanilla Bean sauce on the side. It sounds strange but it is actually really tasty. Also, the Mashed Potatoes are delicious! I can't wait to taste it all again on Monday!!!

Your Wedding is so close! You have to be so excited!:hyper:

I think so far that's the only item I'm sure of -the Mahi Mahi.

What type of Mashed Potatoes are you having?
