I tried to search but have a hard time finding these so I now you guys can help

Is the price of Palo included in the REAS package?

If we buy water in can I store some of it in suitcase what I can't fit into rolling cooler ?

If you make reservation for an excursion, but decide you don't want to do it, do you still get charged?

The price of Palo is included.

I would not risk it since it might burst open

You will still get billed.

To avoid the charge for an excursion, it must be canceled 3 days prior to sailing - not 3 days prior to the excursion.

SOMETIMES....if they can resell your spot you won't get charged. I once added an excursion by wait-listing after boarding and when I went to sign up after getting a call they mentioned another party would be happy cuz they could not go and now would not have to pay.

Can't hurt to ask, but BETTER to change your mind early.

On our last cruise, the excursion desk told us we could not cancel one of our CC excursions and get a refund but they allowed us to change it to another different excursion for the same day. So we were able to "cancel" the eco-tour jet ski excursion and book the bike rentals in its place and get approximately $175 refunded to our account.

Refunds of excursions seem to depend on who is at the excursion desk and what they will do for you. I've also had the experience of canceling a reservation that had a wait list and not being charged as someone on the wait list took it.

In addition, we had an excursion at Castaway booked for the morning. The morning weather was terrible so it was postponed to the afternoon. We asked if we could cancel and not be charged. The CM had to call guest services (or somewhere) before answering us, but based on the change of time, they did allow us to cancel.

Yes, the official rule is 3 days before sailing.
