Fuel Supplement credit

I called today to get my $50 Disney Rewards visa credit, and DCL also mentioned that I would be receiving a Fuel Supplement Credit as well. Anyone know what this is or how much! I love a free credit, so I'll take it, just wondering what it is and how much.

I made my DH call DCL to find out what it was... apparently they don't charge this anymore, so passengers who did pay it at reservation will be rcving an onboard credit for that amount! We are on a 3 day, and it'll be $48! Yeah for credits, although technically we paid for it, and they are just refunding it, still feels like free money to me!

They charged the surcharge from late May 08 until late November 08. Now the situation is that if you paid the Surcharge and the market price for crude is under $70 on a certain day, can't remember that part, in the quarter before you sail that you will get an OBC on your room charge.

We booked the very end of Nov 2008, and are sailing in a little over a week, so pjpoohbear said is correct. Hope you get something back!

We booked October 2008 for a May 2009 cruise. I can't tell from our confirmation doc if we paid it or not. I will call DCL and find out.

We are going on the magic Jan 24-31 and we got a $112.00 credit

We were on the 1st sailing to St. Croix and we got $56 for the first two passengers and $29 for the 3/4th.

If you booked in Oct. you paid the surcharge. I believe the decision will be made the middle of March for your sailing if the surcharge will be given back as an onboard credit or not.

If you weren't charged the surcharge then there is nothing to be given back to you.
