I'm going to go ahead and close it at 7. We've got a good price and I've been told if you have too many, it slows down when editing. I'll let everyone know the exact total once I pick up the mailers later today. Thanks everyone..I'll be back to you shortly!

January 25 - Feb 15th Photopass sharing. I don't want to go past these dates, because I don't want people to have to wait too long to get their photo's.
We have 7 people. Right now that would put each person's cost at $14.28 plus shipping and envelope and any paypal fees. If you can PM me, and let me know if you will be paying by check/money order, or paypal, and if the paypal is from paypal funds (and you have to be sure about this, since it's a personal account and if you say paypal funds, that account can only take paypal funds) or credit card, tomorrow I can have a definate price..once we add 1 more person), based on:
$99.95 for the PhotoPass CD + $$ for your mailing envelope, Paypal costs, and shipping cost for me to ship the CD to you. If you prefer Priority shipping, let me know. That fee goes up on the 18th and is $4.95...more than the first class I plan to use. I will lower the price of the actual cd as more join. I have plenty of CD's I have gotten free after rebate, so I won't actually be charging for those, and I'll throw in the cases and I'll figure the actual shipping with them (once I have the shipping envelopes tomorrow).
This is my first PhotoPass share, but I've been reading up on these boards and other places, and gotten lots of help via PM, so I think I've got this figured out. Here's how it will work:
Once I have it figured out, we will know how much each person must pay. I will give you my address (and you'll give me yours) and you can mail a check or money order. If you prefer to do PayPal, I can give you my info for that, but I will need to add the fee that PayPal charges me, unless you pay with Paypal funds. I have two different Paypal accounts, and one is free if Paypal funds are used.
I will order the CD this week.
Once you arrive in WDW, here’s what you do:
Get a photopass card from a photopass photographer when they take your pictures in the parks. Have fun and have lots of photopass photographers take your picture. Each photographer will scan your photopass card to add photos to the card. You can get as many cards as you need. They can hold lots of pictures, but there may be times when you don't have it with you, so you can ask for a new one. *TIP* it's always a good idea to take a picture of your photopass number with a digital camera or cell phone. Then if the pass goes missing, you can still save all of those pictures.
Once you get home from your vacation, email/PM me your photopass numbers. DO NOT create your own account and upload them yourself. I will not be able to upload them to the group account and you will lose out on your shared deposit. I will upload all the photopass cards into the account I set up for our group. I will only do this after everyone is back from their vacations. Each family will be uploaded on a different day, so that each family’s pictures stay together.
After I have uploaded all of the Photopass cards into our account, we can begin editing. I will create a window of time for you to do your editing. Before your first day, I will send you the account information so you can log into the group account and edit your pictures.
Once we have edited, I'll send for the CD. You can then take this CD to any photo place and get your photos developed as you wish because Disney sends a copyright release with the CD. You will only receive your pictures on your CD, I will not be copying the entire CD for everyone.
IMPORTANT: From the time the first photo is taken on a photopass card the pictures must be claimed on the Disney photopass website within 30 days. So everybody needs to get their photopass IDs to me as soon as possible upon their return. The sooner the better, so that everyone can get their CDs ASAP.
*There is no limit to how many pictures you can take or edits you can make. If we have enough pictures to fill more than one CD, Disney will send as many additional CD's as it takes at no extra charge. For example, if you add one of the Disney borders to every single one of your 500 pictures, you will get 1000 pictures on your CD for no additional charge - the original pictures, plus the edited ones.
