Which DVC Resort has the shortest walking distance to & from the Swan/Dolphin Resort?

Which Epcot DVC Resort has the shortest walking distance to & from the Swan/Dolphin Resort? Is it the BCV or the BWV?

I will be attending a conference at the Swan/Dolphin in late March. I was looking at the option of renting DVC points at either the BCV or the BWV. Of course I will be hitting the Parks after 5 pm so walking distance to DHS and Epcot will weight heavilly too. Let me know what you think would be the better option?

BWV is right next door to the Swan & Dolphin. BCV is farther, as the YC is between S&D and BCV.

BWV is closer but if you are in standard view which is closer to main entrance driveway of resort it is possible that a villa in that location may actually be about as long/close to a walk as some villas at BCV might be. BCV would require that you walk past Beach and Yacht Resorts.

For Epcot BCV closer, DHS BWV closer.

You may have better luck getting villa at BWV ( BCV is smaller and tends to be popular with many because you will have ability to use Storm Along Bay feature pool at Yacht/Beach Resort.)

I have never stayed in this area, so I didnt know if those Disney maps were to scale or not. Also are the Studio Rooms available throughout or ar they isolated to a section of the building?

Yeah! Another conference attendee! We use BWV every year for our January conference in the Dolphin, Swan and Yacht Club conference centers. We've found that booking a BWV "preferred view" unit was best (NOT standard view!) -- and we ask for a unit located as close to the Dolphin as possible. We are usually assigned a room located at the very end of the wing. There are stairs and an exit at the very end ... offering a quick "back door" escape and the shortest possible walk to S/D (<6 minutes from the BWV back exit to the Dolphin Rotunda at a brisk pace).

TIP: If your conference, like ours, will involve a lot of walking ... book a 1BR not the studio. You'll appreciate the whirlpool tub ...
