Unless I was gigantically noticeably pregnant, I would ride it. I can't think of anything that would be harmful to an unborn baby?

You should be fine. I rode it YEARS ago (almost 15) when I was pregnant with my oldest child....and aside from now being an annoying teenager she turned out fine!
