Chapter 80. Sunday, Feb 10th. Day 11. Part 2. A pig and a meal..

When we last left you..we were coming off of RNRC...perhaps going to over to TOT...oh.....strike that......I looked at my notes....Kim doesn't like rides where your stomach goes up and down. So I guess we didn't do TOT

So Kim wanted to see the Muppets...on the way we ran into more of these:

Other than the outdated 3-D effects I forgot how enjoyable this show is. Probably because I usually nap through the show..

After the show we were off to meet Wendy, Derek and the kids at Prime Time Cafe for lunch.

I have to finish my TR so I can start my PTR for 2010 and 2012 (my 50th b-day extravaganza).



I had overalls in high school but haven't seen much of them since, except the shorts version on women....

Have you been to the Rose Festival in Portland on the Waterfront? Lots of fashion don'ts..we used to say they came from Vancouver, Washington.......

I haven't been to the Rose Festival - downtown Portland is really upscale now, I can hardly imagine - must have been party crashers from down here!

Really, you don't. It's scary! My 13 yr old dd is apalled at how big my hair used to be! She doesn't "get" shoulder pads either.
I'll have to see if I can find the picture.

Chapter 81. Sunday, February 10th. Day 11. Part 3. The meal.

Many pix of our meal at Prime Time Cafe. I was wondering why we took sooo many pix here and I figure because it was our last table service meal together.

We got seated and had a crazy cousin, Mandy, serve us. She liked to yell, but was a ton o fun...I think Erin was a little scared of her yelling.

I had to use the facilities..

I love restaurant bathrooms as they are a bit more private and usually cleaner. Prime Time is no different. I did notice the hardware and overall decor is outdated...but still clean

I give it a single flush...my highest rating:

After I got back to the table I found that Mandy had dropped off the straws we had requested:

I love these unexpected discoveries. As Derek and Wendy were getting the kids in the stroller, I noticed this architecture. It didn't need to be there, but was nonetheless and was a nice touch especially since there really is an Echo Park area of Los Angeles:

Love Prime Time, one of my favorite TS places. I took a pic of the front of the Echo Lake Appt too , that's where my Dsis would like to live. I myself would pick MK, with a view of the castle.

I was thinking the same thing about the overall picture, why would you have a picture, dated 6/2008? Did you sell them on Craigslist?

Bad 90's fashion has come up for discussion before, so hasn't big 80's hair. But I haven't had the guts to post those pictures yet. The pictures were originally posted on my PTR.

if i had to work at disney as a server, i think this would be where i'd work. i think it would be so much fun to be so obnoxious and get tipped for it! we ate there last year and our server, cousin elizabeth, was AWESOME.

oh, and notice i said, "HAD to work at disney as a server." i was a server all through college and that's one profession i don't miss!!! some people are born to do it but it's hard work and i hope i don't ever have to do it again. that's why i tip really good.

I have never seen this. Where is it? Right next to 50's?? We are always running in affraid to be late when we get there or running out trying to catch a show when we are leaving. We've never really looked around. I have a lunch ADR for us this February. We missed 50's when we didn't do it in May. We are so excited to do it again. POT ROAST HERE I COME!!!!!!!!!!!!
