The sides they currently serve with the Shawarma plates at Tangierine Cafe or for the peanut butter chocolate cake at The Sci-Fi?

I saw the couscous recipe for Marrekesh at allears, but I don't remember raisins or oranges so I don't think it's the same. And the greens that came with the plate were also really yummy.

The cake from Sci Fi was my fave dessert of the whole trip. I would love a recipe for that one if anyone has it.

Thanks in advance for any help :)

I am going to move this over to the Cooking Board. There is a whole thread with a ton of Disney recipes and recipe requests over there. I am sure that someone there can help you out. :goodvibes

Have you discovered our Disney Recipe thread yet? http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1575103

The index for that thread can be found at: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1777635

I'm not sure if this is what you mean or not, but according to the online menus, the Tangierine Cafe serves Hummus, Tabouleh & Couscous salad with their sandwiches. Check page 46 for the Couscous salad. There are various hummus recipes, but I haven't seen one for the Tabouleh in our index. I am going to add these to our list of requests. (This is contained in the index list.) Hopefully someone will be able to help you out!

I was unable to find a peanut butter chocolate cake listed in the Sci-Fi menus available online. Does someone have the correct name of this?

I did find a recipe for the Tabouleh over on the Passporter site, but it's not clear whether or not this is actually from WDW or not. I thought it was, but someone referred to it being "authentic Lebanese" so :confused3

Taboule (as spelled on PassPorter)

3/4 cups Bulgur Wheat (can get in the rice section)
boiling water
1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
1 cup snipped fresh parsley
2 tbls fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup minced green onion
1 tbsp. dehydrated mint flakes
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Place bulgur in a medium mixing bowl. Add enough boiling water to cover bulgur. Let stand about 1 hour or until bulgur is rehydrated. Drain.
Combine bulgur, tomato and parsley in a large serving bowl. Set aside. Blend remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Pour over bulgur mixture. Toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Stir before serving.
