I love the Hallmark Ornaments too! We have quite a few.

I hope you have wonderful character experiences! I was uneasy meeting them too since I don't have kids but they are so wonderful! Do you know where you can meet Belle? We have to make sure you meet your favorite princess!

I just adore you LL!!! You are amazing, I'm so excited about our trip!!

I'm going to the EPCOT Princess Storybook Dinner, so my first night in the World I will get to meet Belle...I can't wait!!!!!

You will have fun meeting the characters!! I was nervous about that on my solo trip too, but it was great I had a terrific concersation with the Wicked Queen that was a highlight of my trip!!!

I only saw villians at the MNSSHP... and lady Tremaine w/ stepsisters at 1900 parke faire Not sure how often you find them otherwise. There used to be a Villians Character dinner... but I guess that's defunct now, I haven't heard anything about it for ever....

BTW... I want new Disney ornaments for my tree. I've never bought any while at WDW. I think I'm gonna take special ornament $$ in July and but a few.

Guess what time it is…..UPDATE TIME…I feel as if I should have a cute little song that introduces the fact that I have updated sort of like the Mail Song from Blue’s Clues…but I’m no good at lyrics so I’m going to save that for a snowy day in Florida LOL!!!

After going through old episodes I realized I have never really posted a somewhat detailed itinerary for your viewing pleasure. I have a confession to make first…I was very nervous about posting those type of things because I sort of was paranoid about someone stealing my ADRs…well I realize that is completely silly now. I mean seriously sometimes I can take the paranoia a bit far LOL, so I’ll share with you and if you happen to be at WDW and you’re in the same area as me, please come on over and say hello LOL!!! I’ll be the single woman writing in her small pink journal (purchased especially for this trip based on its size, although if I could find a Disney one between now and then that could easily change, anyone know where I can buy a Disney journal???) and taking photos of her food, that’s going to be ME!!!

So how is my trip planned well here are the details….

January 14th
Okay this really isn’t a Disney day, but I do pick up my car that evening at 8:30 pm. I’m going to put in my GPS and load up the vehicle that night so when I get up at the ungodly hour of 3am I will be ready to go. That night I will say my goodbyes on DIS, take a shower, and make sure I get some sleep because I’m going to need it. I really don’t want to be driving to Orlando feeling tired, although the fact that I’m heading to Disney will probably take care of the tired part. I’m hoping to be in bed by 10pm at the latest.

January 15th (Official Day 1)
Wake up: 3am
I know what am I doing waking up at 3am, well I want to get on the road and get myself to Orlando as quickly as possible. My goal is to have my travel coffee ready to go, pack up the cooler with my perishable items and ice, and be in the car listening to Disney’s Greatest Hits CD #1 by 3:30am. According to Mapquest and we all know how accurate they can be, from my house to DTD is only 7 hours, of course you have to count in the time change so I’m looking at ETA of 11:30am-12:00pm

Noon: Arrive at Downtown Disney and pick up my Florida Seasonal Pass. Then its off to shop at the World of Disney store and spend some of that hard earned money placed on gift cards. I really want to get a snowglobe while I’m down there. Not that I know for sure, but I do believe one of the bigger gifts from Prince Phillip this year, just might be the first Disney Snow Globe to my collection…but I’ll let you know in a week or so LOL!!

2:00-2:30pm: Head over to Pop Century. I would like to see if I can check in early. I realize that my room might not be ready and will have my change of clothes with me just in case and I’ll change in the bathroom there and then head over to EPCOT, however if my room is ready I will take my luggage and get settled. The only request I had for Pop was to see if I could get put as close as possible to the Main Hall because I am a female traveling alone and the only request Prince Phillip had was that I wouldn’t have to be out in the dark, walking back to my hotel room alone a great distance, we’ll see how that goes and if my request will be granted. Going to make sure I let them know about all my early morning Character meals so they can arrange to have a bus pick me up, sometimes I will be doing cabs!

3:30: I want to be at EPCOT. I haven’t decided yet if I’m going to take the bus over there of if I’ll practice driving around Disney we’ll see. Either way I’ll have my tickets with my package on it and I will be ready to go. First thing I’m doing at EPCOT is riding Spaceship Earth and if there is time before my ADR (which I doubt) I’m going to head over and do the single-riders line for Test Track.

4:15: Check in for my Storybook Dinner with the Princess…The moment I will have been waiting for. I will get to meet the Princess to end all Princesses (or at least I think so). I will get my moment with Belle, I’m very excited about this. I’m hoping my picture turns out well because I want to frame the big one and send it to my mom as a gift for her. I wonder…where can you find Disney Picture frames at Walt Disney World???

6:00: Explore EPCOT or Go have a DIS Meet with Coffeehousemom and her children and ride TOT in the dark with her DD. I’ll be exchanging information with her so we can plan to meet up that night and if that is the case I’ll go ride some of the thrillers with her kids for a bit.

9:00: Head back to Pop Century (Let’s be honest I’m going to be exhausted)

9:30: Bedtime. I can sleep about anywhere in any type of condition so I’m not worried about this at all. I have a big day planned on the 16th so I’m going to want to get a good night’s sleep!!!

We buy Disney frames on every trip to the "World". I believe we've bought them at World of Disney, but I'm not positive. My mom usually buys them. We've bought all different kinds. Ones that say WDW, princess ones, etc. I'm SO looking forward to Epcot! I haven't been there since I was 15 yrs old.

Question: Cabs?

We had a van this summer and drove all over Disney with no problems. Now, we did have a driver and a navigator but with a GPS, I bet you would have no problem driving yourself (plus, WDW is really well marked with signs) As a resort guest, you get free parking throughout WDW. Personally, I would rather walk the parking lots than wait in line to be crowded on a bus but I will admit to never having ridden Disney buses so that is not first hand

They also sell lots of great Disney frames at Mouse Gears in Epcot. Don't forget resort delivery!
