Does anyone have San Giorgio lasagna at home that could tell me how many eggs go into recipe? Might as well give me all ingredients... I bought Ronzoni brand lasagna and I know the ingredients are different. I'm pretty sure there is supposed to be an egg in there somewhere! Thanks!

Baked LASAGNA
Boil SAN GIORGIO LASAGNA 10 minutes in 4 quarts water. Drain and rinse with cold water. If SAN GIORGIO LASAGNA is not to be used immediately, let stand in cold water to keep strands separate. Grease baking dish (approximately 8x12’’) Pat SAN GIORGIO LASAGNA dry and arrange the bottom of the baking dish with parallel rows of SAN GIORGIO LASAGNA. Cover with meat sauce, Ricotta cheese and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Cover with another layer of SAN GIORGIO LASAGNA, sauce and cheese until all is used. Bake in 350° oven about 30 minutes. Cover with foil and let sit for 10-15 minutes before slicing. Serves 4-6. MEAT SAUCE Sauté onion and garlic in oil. Add meat and brown. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, water, salt, pepper and basil. Simmer 1 hour.

Ingredients:
8 ounces SAN GIORGIO LASAGNA
8 ounces ricotta cheese (or cottage cheese)
Meat Sauce (see recipe below)
½ lb. mozzarella cheese, grated
6 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
MEAT SAUCE
1 lb. ground beef
2 tablespoons olive or salad oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped or pressed
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped or mixed in blender for few seconds
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
12 ounces water
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon basil

I rarely use a recipe for lasagna but I usually mix 1-2 eggs into the ricotta, a bit of parm cheese and some salt, pepper and sometimes parsley.
