Anyone else order a Passporter?

I ordered a Passporter's Guide to WDW, quite a while ago, on pre-order through Chapters.ca. Did anyone else order one? I'm waiting for the shipment... it was delayed a little and I know that the Passporter website now has them and is shipping... any idea when Chapters will get them and start shipping???? Can't wait for it!

I ordered one monthes ago from the passporter website. I'm hoping it will come soon. I'm not sure when chapters will get theirs and send them out. Hopefully it will be soon for you. I have read on the passporter boards that some people actually have their books. It really is a great book to have when planning a trip.

The latest news from the Passporter people was that they are being shipped soon. I have been getting them every year from 2007 and have also given them out as gifts to friends going to WDW. I have a special needs son and they have one for tips for families with special needs. I also have the Unofficial guide but I like to have this when I go to the parks.

I ordered one through Amazon last week. I got a reply from them today that the ETA is December 23, 2008 - January 08, 2009. I can't wait to receive it!

I loved using ours before and during our trip, a wonderful planning book AND keepsake. We will get a new one before our bounce back trip.

Just an update, if anyone else ordered through Chapters.ca. I emailed them and asked where it was and they cancelled my order and are shipping it from a new supplier!

They said I'd get it in 24 hrs since my original order stated it would be here at the first of November. Can't wait to get it!

I received my deluxe passporter yesterday. I preordered mine from the passporter site a while ago. I was excited to see it in the mail yesterday. It's the first time I've ordered the deluxe. It's beautiful. While I was waiting, I checked the Chapter's website and it said they had them instock. So I'm sure that if you ordered from Chapters.ca, you should have it soon. I hope that your wait is over soon.

Yes.....this is what I have been waiting for. I ordered my copy on Oct 6th (before it was published) I called the online # last week and asked about its whereabouts. Well according to Chapters there supplier is out of stock and does not know when they will be getting more.
I told them that this was not acceptable. After many emails and back and forths they found me a copy from another supplier that was able to ship me a copy. Chapters just phoned me this A.M to tell me that it had arrived
So if you have already ordered and paid for a copy I would be phoning Chapters and have them source you a copy from nother supplier.

This is exactly what I did. I sent an email...... they did the rest......

I picked it up on the way to work tonight. It was the longest shifts I have ever worked. I just got it unwrapped and I am admiring it.
However after I finish my snack I must go to bed as the DD's will be up in 6 hours
I know what I am reading tomorrow!!

I really did not have to complain..just when I called it took a bit to figure out what was going on. Once that happened everything else went rather quickly!

Hi, i preordered my passporter deluxe 2009 back in may . I am still eagerly waiting for it. I have heard so many good things about it. I can't wait to read it. I checked and it was not shipped until nov 24th so i guess it will be a while longer before it gets here.
