Le Cellier - what to order?

Never been to Le Cellier - I need help on what to order - I am going to try the Cheddar Cheese Soup - What should I order for my entree? I love steak, salmon, everything.

I am one of the millions that loves the mushroom filet!!! (and I am not usually a mushroom fan) Both the vanilla and maple creme brulee there were very good, too.

The cheese soup is a MUST!!! OMG, it is to die for. I could jump in it and swim around.

I had the NY strip and it was fantastic. I'd recommend that.

I love the mushroom filet...when I was there last I was able to substitute cream cheese mashed potatoes for the risotto and it was amazing!! For dessert I had the whiskey cake which was very good, but my husband had the maple creme brulee that was out of this world.

I had the mushroom filet & subbed the risotto with cream cheese mashed potatoes. It was really good! My son loved his salmon blt, but my daughters prime rib ciabatta was not good at all. All of the desserts were excellent. We had sour cherry sorbet, maple creme brulee (I thought it would be gross but it was yummy!!) & the chocolate moose. The chocolate raspberry shakes & mango smoothie are divine

The mushroom filet is excellent, but I do not like the risotto served with it. We dined there a couple of weeks ago and I tried the pork chop. It was an excellent choice as well.

You can't miss with the cheddar cheese soup. Our DD loves the pretzel bread. We were able to have her with us on this last visit and it was GREAT! Our server even brought us extra pretzel bread.

Before they changed the menu I used to get the Filet that had a sauce on it over the cream cheese mashed potatoes....and when I tell you it melted in your mouth...it really did. I love filet's and this place hands down was the best I ever had. I often crave it when I am home.
I am hoping I can ask for the filet without mushrooms with the old sauce when I go in 2 weeks (not sure that they can do that). But This place is unforgettable and delicious!

Yes, they are included on the regular & deluxe DDP. They are not refillable though.

Either the NY Strip or the mushroom filet are my choices now that the maple barbecue filet is gone. DD was able to order the mushroom filet, no mushrooms, substitute mashed potato for the risotto. But they couldn't do the barbecue glaze that used to be on the barbecue filet - our server told her that they don't have the necessary stuff to make it.

The cheddar cheese soup is always a good choice for the appetizer. The shrimp used to be but now the portion is pretty skimpy and expensive.
