Halloweentime is over, hope you all had fun! Until next year....TTFN!

We had a BLAST last night. My kids thought it was the greatest thing ever.

Since we have APs, we did not go on any rides.

The candy lines moved super quick. The character lines not so much. My kids begged me not to have to stand in those lines.

After 3 hours we hit all the candy stations and danced with the pirates and stood in 3 different character meet and greets. The longest line was for Minnie and Mickey....looked like 45 min....seriously.

We got great seats for the parade and DH took the kids to more candy stops while I waited. Saw the cutest pumpkin girl dancing while waiting, just adorable.

Overall, this will be a MUST DO for us in the future. It was very crowded and we got way too much candy. Between the 4 of us, we got 1 pack of carrots and 9 packs of apples, plus the 4 packs of dried/crisp fruit.

I was surprised at how many people were NOT dressed....even kids. There was one VERY good MadHatter....my DD was Alice (along with many other kids and adults) and everyone was asking for their picture with him. DH didn't believe me at first that he was a GUEST...not a character...until he saw him trick or treating with the rest of his party.

I know that mad hatter!

I had fun last night with my boyfriend.
He did not want to wait in any character lines or candy lines (we got some candy, when there was no lines)
It was ok though, before I met up with him I got to hang out with a green army man, cause he knew my sister and her boyfriend. That was cool, not line for that, :P
Once I did met up with my boyfriend though we basically hit up all the good rides: Tower of Terror, Screaming, and then Toy Story Madness.
I beat him by a lot on that game, heh heh heh!
I will post pictures soon.:thumbsup2

Sorry - no fruit leather (at least not on the 17th) :sad2: And watch out - someone snuck some RAISINS in the bags :scared1:

No! Not RAISINS! :scared1: I'll really have to watch those treat bags closely (perhaps sample from them, too). Wow. No fruit leather, but raisins and carrots: just what my kids despise. Oh well. Poor DS9 and DS2 will just have to suffer and eat candy instead of healthy treats.:lmao:

I know, right?? The horror of it all! I think it is a good idea to sample, just to be sure it's all good ;) Just stay away from the funky dried Asian pears though - I warn you now (even DH would not eat the darn things).

Ha- my kids loved the Asian pears! Of course, if there is even the tiniest bit of sugar in something (healthy or not)- they'll eat it.

DD and I were there last night. We had a blast. We met: Evil step sisters/mother from cinderella, Mickey and Minnie, Bowler hat guy, cruella, the Evil Queen from snow white, Queen of Hearts, Captain Hook, scaregrow guys, and handy manny.

We went to the characters first and were able to do the villian line twice, and mickey & Minnie once in about 30 minutes. By the time we left the lines were at least 45 minutes long. The other characters we caught walking around.

We went to all the dance parties and had a great time dancing with the characters. They really got into it when the kids would dance.

We also rode Soarin and Monsters Inc.

We saw the parade and dd got to Dance with Woody. We also hit all of the trick or treat stands once.

Tinkerbelle's Mom and Disneyluvr2 I added a link to your pics in the first post. Thanks for sharing! :thumbsup2

I LOVED the wicked stepsisters/mother! I could have stayed and watched them all night! It would be great if they had these characters at the park on a regular basis instead of just in the parade.

Yes, the stepmother was a HOOT. DH was wearing a jack-o-lantern shirt....they all started in on him about how "look, our coach is here!".

He wasn't even waiting in line with us, he was standing waiting to take pictures. They were great.

We're leaving tomorrow morning, YAY!!! :cheer2:  :wizard: Hope I see some of you other DISers while I am there! Got my LGMH with my DIS name on it so say "Hi" if you see me! :3dglasses

We're going to the TOT party on Thursday the 30th, me, my DH, my DBro, Dcousin and her date.
