Ok, I have this friend. He has been having really weird things happen to him latly like things such as, almost passing out:faint: , pale hands, blacking out, feeling really sick:sick: , a small cold, and things like that. He is really starting to scare:eek: me and he won't go to the nurse or the doctor.

Based on what i've said, do you think he is sick:sick: ? And should he go to the nurse?

That is just weird and I do think that he should go to the doc. or something. I have never had that happen to me though.:scared:

I would tell him to go to the doc. It might not be anything serious, but if he is blacking out/passing out a lot, he needs to get that checked out just incase...

Yeah I know, its really scary:eek: ... on the way to the buses today he was telling one of our friends that his hands weren't pale anymore. He showed him his hands and they weren't pale but it looked as though he hadn't eatin in days:eek: !!! I said"Dude!, you better eat!" his friend agreed and then I was like " yeah, go home, bake yourself a cake and then eat it!!!" lol!!:goodvibes You had to be there.:goodvibes

neither have I and I would not want any either. I have gotten purple and dotted hands but that is from being cold lol

lol! yeah I didn't acually see them pale but he said they were.:confused3

He really needs to go see the doctor. REALLY. Blacking out/fainting is a sign of something serious. Tell him to go NOW. I work in the medical field and if any of my athletes came to me with those symptoms i would send them to a dr. immediately

cool.

OP, why do you even need to ask this question? Of course he should go see a doctor. If he's got odd symptoms and they're not going away, go get checked for pete's sake! God forbid it's cancer or something else, if it's too far ahead there's not a good chance for recovery.

The reason I asked is because I've told him this and he doesn't beleive me. just wanted to make sure I wasn't crazy or something...lol:goodvibes

And also just to clear things up, he hasn't acually passed out or blacked out, he just felt like he was going too.

The thing is that I've never acually seen these things he tells me, like I havn't seen his pale hands and I haven't seen him look like he was going to pass out. so he might be making this up. idk...:confused3

When does he feel like that? Is is right after he stands up? If so, thats normal. I dont know about his other symptoms though. He still needs a doctor

If it's when he stands up, it's probably blood pressure. I have wwwwwwwwaaaaaaaaaaaaayyy too low blood pressure (usually 80-90/50-60) and I get like that alot.

I have normal blood pressure, and I get like that. It happens because the blood rushes from your head and you have a lack of blood in the brain
