Hi everyone!
I am getting married on November 1st, 2008! We are getting married in Helen, Georgia. From what I understand, it is about an hour and a half north of Atlanta. Does anyone know?
Anyway... allow me to introduce, explain, and describe what will be going on here! <33
I have been doing what everyone else here has been doing (who also gets inspired to do as I am!) .. I've been lurking
And I can't get enough of my time on here!! Infact, it's become my favorite thing to do!!!!... when I'm not making my invitations, creating my program, creating my music list or finding the things I need to purchase for my very close wedding day that is APPROACHING OH SO SOON!! AH!! Oh well. I can't help myself, the stuff on here is just too juicy and I love it!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!
So here ya have it! ...
Me: I'm a 23 year old hair stylist from south east fl! I'm still going to school at the university down here but detoured and went to hair school because I wanted a chance at being creative
My parents have taken me to Disney countless times! Hundreds!! Tens of hundreds!! Okay, that's pushing it but I seriously have gone more times than I can remember and I know I loved each and every trip we have ever made! We always purchase the Florida Resident passes... probably have 15-17 times in my life. I love them <33 My favorite park has gotta be Epcot.. second is Magic Kingdom with AK close 2nd... MGM (HA! It will always be MGM to meeeeee!) coming in last.. (probably because we used to save that one for the last day and leave after that park so it makes me think we're going home!)
DF: (27) Quite unlike anyone I've ever met before... probably the most difficult person but what can I say, I love him! He is also the most patient, gentle and caring person I have ever met. He's the complete opposite of me in so many ways yet alike. People say we look like brother and sister and that's sort of sick, but I guess if you look at our picture in my sig, I can definitely see it! LOL (ew!) He's currently working for New York Life selling insurance but longs to get into Medical school (preferrably Emory near Atlanta!) ... smartest person I know. He's my little southern boy from Alabama, loves to eat southern food and never really cared for Disney .. until he met me! And he won't admit that he likes it too much, but I know deep down inside, he does. (or maybe... he just likes to see me happy!? It ISSSS the happiest place on earth!)
But What can I say? Us Disney fanatics are a rare kind... it takes a special person to see quality and appreciate all that Disney has to offer... and NO, it is not a six flags, sea world doesn't even come close, and Universal couldn't hold a candle to it.
US!: We met at FAU... we've been dating for over 4 years now ... we've had our ups and our downs but I always knew he'd be the one I'd say "I do!" to!! And here we are, about to get married after being engaged for 2 years!!
There are a lot of exciting events going on in my life!!
2 weeks before I get married, I am moving to Atlanta....
I just bought my first new car! (parents always leased mine under their name!)
I just got my very first apartment, that I will be moving into on Oct 18th, 2008!
I will be having a career change when I move up there (FL state cosmetology license is not reciprocal to GA state licenses which really sucks!)
And we are going to DISNEY WORLD right after the wedding!! YAY!
I have a ton of pictures that I will be posting.. this will help me plan and organize for all these events happening in my life right now that I am just so excited for!! <33
I hope everyone will feel free to post, comment and give me any advice or opinions because i am DEFINITELY looking for them!!
