Hey Jen, you know I love your TR!! We are taking our 2nd Disney cruise in November...11/29 to be exact . This will be our 1st time on the Magic though and we are so excited. I can't wait to read your TR for your upcoming Magic cruise. Will this be your family's 1st time on the Magic? Wondering if you could find out for me who will be the CD on the Magic on November 29th sailing? We had Christiaan last November on the Wonder and absolutely loved him!! Have a great, great cruise and you know we'll all be looking forward to hearing from you!!!

Yes, this is our first time on the Magic, we've spent 7 days on the Wonder (7 months apart)...you know we are so excited!
Are you one of the nana heads? They are famous, yknow!
I will most definitely let you know who is CD, though I am pretty sure I read in the Repo thread that it is not Christiaan (is he on the Wonder now? I think that's what I read???) but anyway they said Brent was CD over the summer and will continue to be after dry dock, so we shall see.
We will warm the Magic up for you!!!

What were the hours of the pirate party? We're in the later dinner seating and we'll probably be full from dinner.

How was water temp at the ports in March? Warm enough to enjoy?

Water temp...at Atlantis the the most of the pools were heated (we were there in Oct, so it was HOT anyway, but we could tell which ones were heated (the main pool by the Mayan Temple) and which ones weren't (the Current and all of the water coasters/everything in the Power Tower.)

In March...it was a bit chilly, both in CC and Nassau. I am really sensitive to cold water though (I like my pool like a bath!) so while I personally found it cold, I may not be the best unbiased opinion on how tolerable it really is. It was uncomfortable cold only when first getting in, once I was in and used to it...it was still cold but not unbearably so. I got used to it for the most part. At first I was just wading wth the water to my waist and to me that was worse than when I just bit the bullet and dove in and snorkeled (same day a little bit later). In fact had I not gone on the banana boat (which they don't have anymore ) I may not have stayed in the water. But once I did I was fine. I snorkeled for about an hour and then got back out...then as I warmed up I found it hard to get back in the water! It was too hoton the beach and too cold in the water...to me. But like I said I'm really sensitive.
We also did the dolphin encounter and you can almost see our teeth chattering in the picture (me and the kids, DH loves it cold). Although I think they said the water was 71 degrees? Which doesn't sound too bad....

Sorry! I forgot to answer this one!

The Pirate Party is at 9:45, which, since you have late seating like we did...is RIGHT after dinner. On this past cruise we did Palo that night and took an early ressie so we were hungrier at the Pirate Buffet. The first cruise we just basically grabbed desserts. (Well DH did, I was way too tired..we actually missed it the first time.)

Yes, it is only on the Wonder. It just started showing this spring, in May I believe, so I have not yet had the opportunity to see it. I have heard it is really great. The sets are supposed to be fantastic.
