Some helpful Pop tips that occured to me:
One poster said that mousekeeping threw away something. We found it helpful to put things on top of the tv stand or in the drawers if we didn't want mousekeeping to touch them.
(The OP might have, not sure, but it worked for us.)
Our kids sometimes have things with small pieces, so I bring ziplocs along to contain the chaos.
We tip daily, in pre-labeled, decorated envelopes. Sometimes your mousekeepers change mid-trip, so this helps them get the appropriate tip.
We put pics of our kids on it, and that always seems to open up a good correspondance with the mousekeeper.
Oh, and mousekeepers are not obligated to leave towel animals, so if yours does, leave them a little note of thanks. I think that helps encourage such acts of kindness. Just because you tip doesn't mean they have to do that for you. The tipping is for working hard to clean your room.
Check your curtains when you come back to the room at the end of the day. There are two sets, and if you are not careful you might start changing clothes with only the see-through curtains closed. Don't ask me how I know.
The food court is least crowded after the parks open in the morning, and before they close at night. After the parks close...
You can ask for covers for your food to take it back to the room. This is very handy. Someone on here mentioned bringing plastic grocery bags to the food court to bring food back to the room easier. Otherwise you can take the trays. Mousekeeping will take them back.
Best time to do laundry is before the parks get out at night also. After 9 pm it gets pretty busy. I like 5 am, but I have A LOT of laundry to do! LOL
I have met so many nice people in the laundry room, several from other countries, so don't be afraid to say "hi!"
