I'm awake, the rest of the house is not. Just getting my last post in before I go. So many thoughts running through my head right now.
*I just read someones post that said today is supposed to be a very rainy day in Orlando with up to 50mph winds. It figures of course. I wish this storm would just skedaddle. Do you know how rainy it has been in New England this summer? Quite. And do you know that this week here is beautiful? Finally? So after a summer where it has felt like once a day it has rained it is now beautiful and this is the time I pick to fly to a place where it is RAINING? The irony of it all.
*I was PMing a DISer who is part of the Focker Fest. I am hoping to meet some of them at Petals on Sunday for a drink. Anyway, we discovered she lived in my very small town till she was 10 and then moved to the next town. How crazy is that? She is a few years younger so I don't know that we knew each other. But it is just one of those "Its a Small World" moments for sure!
*I woke up with that "This is nuts" feeling again this morning. I hope it goes away. I feel so excited it is here yet nervous. Nervous that I am going to get there and it won't be all I've hoped. Nervous that I'll be feeling lonely sitting on a Disney bus by myself. I know this is all in my head. I *know* once I am there I'll enjoy it. I've wanted this for a long time. It is just now that it's here I'm kind of queasy about it.
Well this is it folks. I am off to get myself ready. It is just past 6:30. I am planning to leave around 9am. So I need to go double triple check everything, shower and get ready to head out to the airport.
I'll "see" you next week and thanks for taking this Pre Trip ride with me! You'll all be with me in spirit with your great ideas and suggestions for how to make a Solo Trip wonderful!
