Hey folks I have to take the TT in for warranty work...got a roof leak!!! now the question...in times past I've had different experiences with thefts from my cmaper when it's been left for work...this time its going to be in for while I think...DO I take everything out of it to leave it or leave it in and hope for the best...i even had all my spoons stolen once....wine....well what ya think???

yup...PITA but guess I'll do it lol....shame ya can't trust folks to leave what's not theirs alone:mad:

I took out everything that wasn't bolted down when I took mine in for warranty work. Thank goodness my oldest is no longer living at home. I needed a place to put it all!!!

Man, I never thought of that this spring when I brought the TT in for new wheels!

Luckily, nobody wanted the cheap junk we use :lmao: !

Although, the mechanic really wanted my old tires (they looked like new but were 7 years old and I did not trust them for our trip to the Fort this August). I kept them for our utility trailer.

WOW that is terrible, if they did that to me I guess I would just burn that place to the ground or maybe someone would get a serious beating, either way I'm sure I would be in jail.

Remind me to not steal anything from you lmao.:scared:

We have had 3 TT over 8 years. Any time we have gotten repairs everything was left inside and this last time was a brand new 23' LCD TV in the closet [ which I meant to remove] and not one thing has ever been stolen.

I just went thru this last March when I had to have my front cap replaced under warranty and I removed all valuables and piliferable (SP?) including things like my BBQ, crockpot, clothes, spare parts, and storage bay items and left most of the other stuff like pots/pans/dishes, but I did take a pic of each drawer and cabinet the morning we took it up just in case.
