With the recent discussions about the price increase for sites at FW...I've noticed lots of you saying you plan on going to other destinations.

If not FW...where would you go? Are there other large resort campgrounds that allow you bring your own personal cart??

Stky6 mentioned Kellys Island. That place looks like fun!

Are there others?

You know, I have been half seriously kicking around the idea of maybe getting some investors together and starting a private campground in the WDW area - we could make it anything we want it to be - golf cart friendly, kungaloosh bar, themed pool. I am resurrecting the idea of Kungaloosh Land!

You know, that's what I like about AFVC - very cheap and very available - and I don't have to haul anything except ME! Plus they all have blenders and full size refrigerators! :lmao:

I had the same conversation last winter with some friends.

I like this idea! And you could have themed Kungaloosh party busses that run to and from the parks! ;)

Better call the Blockbuster guy, spending all our $ on diesel. He could put a store in the C/G.

I really like this idea! I want to work check in, but only if I can dress like a Disney Fairy and offer Kungaloosh to arriving guests.

Hey Carol, look what I saw last week at Four Mile Creek in Youngstown, NY

I've only seen a couple of these.

stupid name for a campground, it's on a 300 mile lake.

Kewl!! Lets, see, obviously an inside kitchen, with 3-way fridge, CoolCat, furnace, and at least an AM/FM stereo. Looking at the wheels, and the spare tire underneath, it's at least a 2005, nope correction, at least a late 2006, it's got a city water connection.

What's impressive is to see 25 of them take over a campground with only 40 spots :-)

Great trip report!! Looks like a nice campground
