Boma
Jiko
Liberty Tree Tavern
Pecos Bill's
Yorkshire Fish

Should I keep going?;)

Take Ohana off your list. Kona Cafe is the better Poly spot. We need more info. What type of meal are you looking for???

Our favorite table service places so far are: Crystal Palace- has the pooh characters, Chef Mickeys- by far the best character interaction we experienced, Liberty Tree Tavern- Traditional Thanksgiving meal for dinner also a character meal, 1900 Park Faire-Cinderella and the stepsisters character meal. My DH also loved Boma. I was not a huge fan of this restaurant but then again I am a picky eater compared to most people. That being said I was still able to find what I call "Normal" food on the menu. Therefore if there were not so many restaurants left for us to try we would be doing this one again more than likely. Our favorite counter service places so far are: Cosmic Rays-love the rib and chicken platter, Backlot Express, Abc Commisary, and Pop Century Food Court-had pretty good pizza and meatball subs.

Our least favorite was the Sci Fi Cafe for dinner. I have heard that lunch is pretty good but we have only been for dinner. Not sure if we are brave enough to chance it for lunch as well. Not only was our food way overcooked but we had a rude waiter as well.

If you haven't already check out the dining section of the boards-they have menus from the restaurants up that might help you with your decision.

Good luck.

Chef de France, yes

Captain's Grille for breakfast

oh, and Trails End is a good buffet for the price.

I was just reading that Trails End changed the buffet. I'd like to hear a recent review and find out if this is still a hidden gem.

hm, well give me till October... the next whacky trip for me might just be camping at Ft Wilderness. And a couple days of parks with live video chat. Anyone like the idea of doing a restaurant review of a buffet live to the internet?

Whispering Canyon - if you have kids 5 yrs old or up
no characters, but interesting none the less

Hmmmm, I think Pete's favorite restaurant is Nine Dragons, pretty sure they keep his favorite booth empty just in case he shows up.

Okay, that was a joke...please don't eat there!

Some good ones to try:

Boma
Kona Cafe
Crystal Palace

Boy did you ever post an open ended question ;-)

Since there is still no detail on exactly what you are looking for, here are a few of our personal favs: :thumbsup2

Tusker House buffet - nice variety
Cape May Cafe - great sea food - good service
Beaches n Cream -best burgers and ice cream treats
Brown Derby - Cob Salad - yum!
Chef Mickey for good Character buffet with good quality food
Columbia Harbor House for counter service

I could go on and on, but I'm sure others will too. :goodvibes

The next time we're in the world, I really want to go to Chefs de France.

We have an ADR for Chefs for the CPP. Can't wait!!!!! The menu looks yummy! Also, for what we would order, it was cheaper to get the package. Go figure.

I hear they have good crab cakes at the Coral Reef :rolleyes1

I know this was a joke. But, where can you get a good crab cake at WDW? DS8 has been wanting to try one. So, I want to make sure it is a good one.

I saw that negative review too. It was the same old food when we were there this past May. Turns out the menu hasn't changed, the food was just not to their taste. Trails End is a great dinner buffet "value". However, I'd rather take the boat over to WL and eat at the Whispering Canyon Cafe.

We actually like Nine Dragons (it is currently closed for renovations). We like their potstickers and honey sesame chicken. Yum! Yum!

We have a Kona Cafe and Crystal Palace ADR for our upcoming trips. I've heard great things about KC. CP has mixed reviews. But, we're trying it anyways. Everyone has their own tastes.

If anyone is up to the challenge, it's you!

We're going to try Trails End in September. We'll be in FW for the Segway Tour.
