This is the place for Team Focker Watch members to congregate, chat, etc.

As always, all are welcome. But who are we, anyway????

It all started with one woman's dream... a dream of finding a way to non-verbally acknowledge a fellow DISer across a crowded park...

Summer 2006: a terrific DISer named Lisa posed the question of how to acknowledge all those Lime Green Mickey Heads (LGMH's), lime green Crocs, lime green Baggallini's, lime green DISERS, when one is standing in line or otherwise unable to engage in conversation.

The answer? Robert DeNiro's infamous "I'm Watching You Focker!" gesture from Meet the Parents:

What followed was the joining together of many DISers willing to give The Look to other DISers. We began posting trip details in order to find one another. Then, we started chatting about our trips and building friendships. That's when it got chatty. REALLY chatty. Which is the reason for this thread - here we can chat away, keep in touch with old friends and make new ones. :goodvibes

We are TEAM FOCKER WATCH!

One rule:
Let's keep it clean! We all know how much fun one can have with the name Focker, but let's refrain from inappropriate word-plays with it on the boards, k?

Welcome, and ENJOY!

 Yippeee!!!
A new thread for TFW!

I love my girls! :lovestruc You girls really are such a great support system. We laugh. We cry. :worried: We talk about where to put condiments in our fridges. :lmao:

What would I do without you all?

I jumped on when I was reading one of your TR's, which linked me to LL's and then T's original Where's Waldo.
Oooo, it's like Six Degrees of Focker Seperation! :rotfl:
I use the door, with the top shelf for overflow!:thumbsup2
Where do you keep beverages? I'm considering putting them within Leo's reach... is that a mistake?!

The third shelf sometimes is juice boxes or kid stuff.
Hmm, that's kind of where I'd like to head...
Good luck! It's a bg decision... :lmao: [/COLOR]
I know, right?! :rotfl: Is this an indication that the stress and drama in my life has reached the breaking point - that I need to escape through fridge overhaul?!

I'm starting packing today. Is it too soon?
4 non-Fuzzy days to go and YOU'RE NOT PACKED?!?! :faint:

BEsinde if T sees you leave in 4 days and you haven't started packing she will need smelling salts:faint: :lmao:
::yes:: T's probably packed for Fockerfest! :rotfl2: LY T!

Eh. I'm just so wiped out.

Morning:goodvibes And welcome #5!:cool1:

My refrigerator is a disaster. Nothing is where it belongs ever. Condiments are all over the place, as are beverages. We try to get in and out as efficiently as possible (read as me saying "CLOSE THE DOOR!") so the boys chuck stuff in there when they put things away. Then we have to stand with the door open while we search for the mustard :confused3 Not very efficient, eh?

And how did I get here? ....Guilt by association.:thumbsup2

Good luck today, T.

Whoot, whoot!! TFW5!!! :woohoo:

Condiments are on the top shelves on the door, drinks on the bottom shelves. Overflow goes on the top shelf on the left.

T's probably packed for Fockerfest! :rotfl2: LY T!
You say that like it's a bad thing?? :confused3

Good luck today, T:
Thanks, Kate. :goodvibes

omg -- i just realized i forgot T. sorry
*sniff,sniff* thanks rach. :worried: ;)
does anyone else have crazy inlaws or just me? come on people , make me feel a little better !! tell me about your crazy inlaws!! :rotfl2:
Sorry, you're the only one. :rotfl2: I think all inlaws are crazy, and if you don't have crazy inlaws, then you're the crazy inlaw. :rotfl2:
:lmao: I am! LY, V!
:lmao:
Lucky girl! :beach:
Woohoo! I just ordered 5 dresses from Catherines, with shipping, for $58! They have a big clearance sale today and I used a 20% off code (776930802) for 20% off. I wanted a few cotton dresses for after surgery.
A lady in our homeschool group said she has several ladies who want to bring meals for us :lovestruc , so I thought I'd better not wear the jammies when they come, YKWIM?:lmao:
What is Catherines?? Never heard of it.
No Aunt Flo yet. Sheesh.
Uh oh... maybe you're pregnant? :rolleyes1

I strongly suspect this will become an annual event in some fashion, so no worries - climb on board for the next one! :thumbsup2 Shoot, at the rate we're going, maybe we need 2 a year...
I'm still waiting for an all ladies trip. :rolleyes1

Mel - it is NEVER too soon to start packing. BEsinde if T sees you leave in 4 days and you haven't started packing she will need smelling salts:faint: :lmao:

OMG!!! Who's not packed yet??? Katt??? Mel??? :faint:

Greetings from the beach!!

We are having a good time--lots of sun and sand! Went to Medieval times and the Melting pot (will write about it when I get back!)

having to chaperone the teens---right now the boys knocked on the door to wake up the girls--much to my mom's dismay. BA is superivsing too.
talk to you all later!

Man go out and run a few errands and now I am like post 16. You ladies are quick.

Where do you keep beverages? I'm considering putting them within Leo's reach... is that a mistake?!
No, I think it's a good idea, generally. I wouldn't put big things you can't trust him to carry without spilling, but I would put smaller items like water bottles or juice boxes.

When I was PG with C, I was so sick I could barely function. I made a shelf in the door with drinks B could handle herself and invented the "snack basket". The snack basket has individually wrapped snacks that they kids can have. When it's snack time, I don't have to monitor them. I also use little white bathroom cups for anything in a box. They are allowed to have however many that fit into there. It's made life a bit easier for me, I'd say.

Jimminy Crickets T! Are you trying to give me a Heart Attack!?:scared1:
:rotfl2: I'm glad I wasn't drinking anything! I would have spit it on the computer! :lmao:

Same here. I went over and was going to do a short post. But then I got scared after reading post #2 and just hit the subscibe button.
Glad it wasn't only me :rotfl2:

I got a pin code in the mail!!!!!
Kat that's fantastic!!!!

Well, my SIL bought me two tickets to a musical for my bday. She also offered to babysit while we go and insists we go out for dinner too. She's so sweet to me. She's never babysat my kids before, but she plans on taking them to Kung Foo Panda, so I think they'll be happy with that.
Sounds lovely what are you going to see?

Day 3 of Barbieville:
Today I met Dr. Botox - she introduced herself and her face didn't move during our entire conversation. I had to hide in the bathroom afterward for about 20 minutes 'cause I kept giggling. It's so bizarre!:rotfl2:
Nothing real exciting today, I hid in the charts room getting things organized because of alien Dr. Botox scared me. Her face is truely frightening. BUT, when I was leaving for the day, the Dr. called Tourguide Barbie in the office and from the looks of everyone I don't think that was a good thing. :rolleyes1 I won't be going to Barbieville tomorrow as it's "B day" for me.... BRACES day!
OMG T hilarious and good luck with the braces!

so, the body shop is fixing it for free and giving us a loaner car. i'm just wondering what kinda car we'll get. it's a chevy dealer, so maybe they'll loan me a corvette!!!
So what did you get?

dbil might not go now cuz him and crazy girlfriend broke up!! my mother and father in law bought them a house (dmil actually took out a loan on her 401k :scared1: ; they already missed one payment!!!!! well, dbil girlfriends mom was livin with them too. she does not work, so didn't pay anything!!
so, bil girlfriend was cheating on him with someone at work. he found out bc his girlfriend's mom told him!!! i don't know why!! so he doesn't have a job, has no liscense, but still drives. dont' think mil will get a pay ment this month. dude, they could be on jerry springer!!!
OMG it sounds as though they could :rotfl2:

so how did this thread come to be? how did you all get here? just curious!!!
I found it originally on the welcome to the DIS board and recognised a few people from TR's and they haven't been able to get rid of me since :rotfl2:

Now I know it is more like madness :lmao:
Hey :rotfl2:

Good morning Fockers !! Trampolineing is something Jo does while sneezing! But we strongly suspect David is involved if you get my drift!!:rotfl2:
