Hi guys and welcome to a new week. As you all know last week was very upsetting and has been a bit of emotional rollercoaster for us all. :hug:

I just want to that everyone on here for being such a support - these boards are truly amazing :hug:

Some may not have logged their loss for last week and I am sure will catch up with us this week

The weight loss for the week was 29lbs

So it total we have lost 110 lbs which is probably the weight of some size 0 model

Hope we see some great weight losses this week

Well by some miracle I'm down 1.5 lbs this week (too bad I was up 2 lbs the week before -- so I'm still in the hole!). I have to admit my emotions really got the best of me and I was doing some serious snacking, but it helps when you've only got low-fat food in the house. I'm hoping to hit it hard this week and lose that rotten 1/2 lb as well as a little more.

Well by some miracle I'm down 1.5 lbs this week (too bad I was up 2 lbs the week before -- so I'm still in the hole!). I know what you mean about the snacking - i was terrible. Too much time sitting at the computer. It is my DHs 40th birthday today so too much cake as well :confused3 Will weigh in later on in the week.

Well done on your weightlosses :)
 


Hey everyone! I have officially been working out & eating healthy for 15 days and made Sunday my official weigh in date (right in time for our check in). So in 2 weeks, I had lost 14.8 lbs yesterday. :) DBf had lost 8.4. :) yay!

WOW we have some amazing numbers being lost. I am down a pound this week for a total of 7 pounds off. I love coming here. Last week could have been alot worse for me. I just kept walking and talking with my DH. It is amazing how someone you never met could affect you in such a manner. I am even more determined now. I cant believe I am keeping up on the exercise front. I usually am terrible at this. Walking is easy, fun and free!!

Down 1 lb for this week. After having a very stressful week with lots of eating on the run(while not actually running or exercising at all) I'm very pleased.

although I did go out to dinner once and estimated the points, I really did not think I went above my 35 flex points for the week-
sigh
I still ran, and am not giving up, just a little frustrated this week

The exercise might have you retaining extra water in your muscles. You will probably see a big loss next week. Hang in there.
 
Can I jump on this weight loss band wagon? Is there an entrance fee? :worship: 3 weeks ago I finally got off my butt and joined the gym. So far I am loving it (with the help of a new Ipod and the podcast). Actually, last night I was doing my usual 30-ish minutes on the elliptical and I was seriously laughing out loud at the January 8th podcast. I hadn't heard this one before, but it's the famous Lounge @ CSR with the Moe-G-Toes! I think the entire gym thought I was crazy! I pointed to the ear buds in my ears, but I think people may have mistaken that motion for the swirling-pointer-fingers-pointed-at-the-ears looney motion! :rotfl2:

So far, no weight loss but I can definitely feel more muscle! Now if I could only stop snacking on bad stuff ... like the doritoes I ate for dinner :eek:
 
I was brave and stepped on the scale - I lost 2 lbs!!!! :woohoo:

(I am sure it would have been more but I went to the grocery store hungry. Did you know that make a Mickey frozen pizza?) :rotfl2:
 
This week I stayed the same - not upset though cause it was a tough week. I spent waaayy too much time on the computer and didn't work out so it was expected. Next week will be much better.

Now that that part is over :blush: - CONGRATS to everyone so far - wow, what a great job everyone is doing! :cheer2:

I just got in from my class and I lost 0.5lb this week. I am pleased with that as I have not been trying very much this week! Back on it now though.

OK have to brag on myself a bit. I walked this morning 3 miles to get it out of the way for the day. Then I walked again tonight with DH another 3 miles. So that is 6 miles today and I didnt need CPR. *pats self on back*. I really suck at exercise so this is a huge deal for me.:cool1:
