Do King beds at Pop have a regular tub?

If I request a king bed at Pop, will the tub still be regular size?

I was thinking that it might be nice to have a king bed on our September trip. I have a feeling DS will end up in bed with us, and I'm not sure we can all fit on a double bed. We have requested a crib for Landon, but I just don't know if he will be willing to sleep in it. He does okay here in his own crib.

But if we get a king bed, we need a regular size tub, so we can give DS baths.

Thanks for answering!

King bed room is the same exact as the 2 double bed room but with a king bed. Same bathrooms and tubs.

Not in the room I stayed in. We did not request a king, but got one and it was a hadicap room. There was no tub at all it was like a walk in shower. Like the bathroom was a big tiled room with a curtain. I guess so you could wheel a chair in there and then transfer to the little wall seat I guess. Make sure you ask for a king that is not handicap if you need a tub or else you will be bathing on the floor of a shower literally.

Here is a layout of a value king room with a roll in shower.
Notice the sleeping area is smaller because the roll in shower takes up more room.

Touche. That is very rare then.

Actually its not that rare. Somewhere around half of the King rooms are HA at POP. I've heard that the rooms are too small to be made HA with two beds so all of the HA rooms have King beds. King beds themselves a kind of rare, but not that rare once in the King catagory to get an HA room without a tub

You are correct.
I am not sure about the # of King rooms in Pop but at each of the All Star resorts only 4 of the 10 buildings have KIng rooms.
2 of the buildings have King rooms with the roll in showers and 2 of the buildings have king rooms with the tubs.

Each floor in those buildings has 4 King rooms. 3 floors x 4 = 12 rooms in each building at each of the All Star resorts .

So at each All Star resort there would be 24 King rooms with roll in showers and 24 King rooms with bath tubs.

Pop has 4 floors for each building so if their building configuation is the same as the All Stars they would have 16 king rooms in each building building that had king rooms

If only 4 buildings at Pop have King rooms then:
32 rooms would have King rooms with roll in showers and 32 rooms would have king rooms with Bathtubs.

32 rooms out of 2,260 rooms is not very many.

Note: ADA only requires 1 roll in shower for every 100 rooms a hotel/motel has so Disney's value resorts do meet the required amount of rooms with roll in showers.

Room 2103 sure does. I asked for a king bed room never expecting to get it but did. Regular room, had a hand rail in the tub/shower but I think that is normal now in hotel rooms. We did face the bowling pin pool but loved the room. Just request a king bed room with a full tub.

Okay, as far as I can tell (but anybody is free to reinterpret/recalculate/recount), there are only thirty king-bed rooms that aren't handicapped-accessible, at least to some degree.

See the diagram in post number 19 http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=698727&page=2 and read the text in the diagram. There are either 150, 160, or 240 rooms at Pop Century with king beds.

That said, I got one last year - when I expected (but didn't need) an HA room.
