Either something huge is coming and they feel really bad about us needing to spend credits for something we can only enjoy for a month or whoever runs the VMK Bank has already left town.

I just don't get it... Thanks for the credits, but if I turn them down, could we keep Funville?

I agree. I'll gladly give up all of my credits to keep VMK alive.

If they are feeling guilty then why not just give us back the game?! VMK is not the same ever since they have announced it's closing. I do not have the heart or inspiration to build any more so what could I possibly need all these credits for.

I totally agree also... I don't like jellybeans...and oh man I would gladly give up everything I own......credits..clothes....furniture...just to be able to keep vmk alive..that would make my dream come true!!

But, they are also enjoyed year round. The flavors are limited only by the imagination of candy makers. If you've never enjoyed the multitude of flavors in a box of gourmet jelly beans, the we suggest you head right out to the store and buy some.

Jelly beans date back to at least the 1860's. Advertisements promoted sending jelly beans to Union troops fighting in the Civil War. The original candy maker is unknown.

I thought that too. And I am tired by their continuous efforts to promote Toon Town and using vmk to do so!

I mean, at this point, vmk is an ad for their next online game.

Well i'm thanking VMK for this!
I'm not too good at mini games, and ever since that blackheart quest I don't really want to play pirates anymore. With the quests with large credit prizes I'm finally able to create loads of quests, I'm already working on two!

Wow! Free money!! With all these new credits we're getting, it looks like I may be able to finish my pirate ride before closing, after all! Of course, I'm with all you guys in that I'd rather have the game not close, than the free credits, but I wouldn't object to both the credits and saving the game .

And I completely agree about the Toontown and Pirates promotions. I'm really getting sick of seeing it on every billboard, newsletter item and quest that they can shoehorn it into. The message is just so obviously: "we're getting rid of the free game that you all love, so why not give us loads of your money, to play a game that you're not all that interested in?". Sorry Disney, I love you dearly, but this is one big PR slip up!

I really don't see why they give us so many credits knowing that VMK is going to close I am personally not even really playing anymore. Playing VMK makes me realize that my money will never go again in any Disney products.

Maybe VMK is secretly giving us credit's little by little, so we can buy Flying Carpet Magic when it comes out. They put 52K credits in a quest, that wasn't so hard. I doubt Carpet Magic would be 10K so maybe it's 50K. Then the 2K was to throw us off? Plus, they are giving us another 3K for free! Just in case some of us spent some of our credits!

Jellybeans mean EVERYTHING in toon town, without them you can't buy gags to fight the cogs! And they are not doing anything special.
