Rumors...Fairies Meet Being Added to Toontown? Heard Anything? Kevin?

Seems like there is alot of talk about a Fairies Meet & Greet area being added to Toontown...rumors really, but there is a Fairies Contest out there for 6-11 year olds to create a fairy and one of the prizes is a Fairies Meet & Greet. Anyone at the roundtable know anything? Kevin usually gets the dirt...heard anything?

Very Mature. Talk about opening a door for comments. I wondered why anyone would ask you about a fairy meet and greet?

First, while I am very proud of you Kevin, I'm not what to think about mature Kevin, personally I really like snarky childish Kevin.

Second, apparently out the blue, Disney has ventured into the world of blogging and they have invited several "mommy" bloggers to some sort of a special "mommy" bloggers weekend at WDW...out of the clear blue, some of them have ever even been to Disney and were just contacted with the invitation. 3 days on Disney, at the Beach Club! Parties and all kinds of stuff! AND supposedly they are going to see some special new thing that even the press doesn't know about! Disney told them they are going to be the FIRST people to see the special new thing. (which many are speculating is the new Fairies Meet & Greet, again though, just rumors, idle gossip)

This new meet and greet wouldn't surprise me... There is a new movie (DVD) coming out Fall 2008 titled "Tinkerbell", and the Disney Fairy Books are a favorite of my DD and many others, I'm sure.

Free trips for blogging Moms??? No wonder Disney has to keep raising the prices for park admission and stroller rental!

I KNOW, is that not cool???? Just invited out of the blue for a free Disney trip.
I was amazed when I read those blogs about it. I can't even imagine. The one lady was sure it was a hoax. I probably would have too.

To get back to the original topic... I have done some googleing, which mostly involves drinking a lot of soda and mashing random buttons. The unofficial word it that the face characters that will be Tinkerbell have been hired... there was a casting call about 6 months ago with a description that fit Tinkerbell exactly.

So how long would it take to get face characters trained, up and running is unknown, that that could have been auditions for the Tinkerbell that is in the parade?
