The Great Make Up Trip Of 2008~7/22- SEE YOU REAL SOON! (pg. 86) ~COMPLETED~

Plans look great for Epcot! :thumbsup2

Why doesn't anyone take a flat me on their trip? I wanna goooo! :rotfl2:

I'm so sorry I've been MIA and so sorry that I forgot to wish you a Happy Birthday :( It's not like it's hard to remember your birthday since it's the day after mine! I hope you had an awesome day

What is the ladybug release? I've never heard of that.

Ooh! I can't wait to get one of those Grey Goose slushies! I am a little tempted by the Grand Marnier one though. I'll be getting one or the other though! Sounds like fun plans!

I would but we will be there the same time. Also, Biff would think I am crazy and put me inot Bellvue if I did that.

Doesn't the Jr Chef thing look neat? If you do it, let Wendy and I know how your DS did because perhaps Erin could do it the next time we're there.

Grey Goose Slushie and Octopus Juice.....MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM:cloud9: I'm just a bit green with envy right now...

Hey DH...howzit?

Yay for days!!! :woohoo:  :woohoo:  :woohoo:

Flat Stanley is visiting our class. I should take a pic tomorrow :lmao:
:rotfl2: Did you take a pic??

Ok, I get it. Thanks for explaining.:lmao:
No prob.:thumbsup2

Thanks!:flower3:
:rotfl2: If I wasn't doing a flat Jordan I would. You're brave! I'm scared to send a flat me out into the world.

I love your Epcot plans, especially the Grey Goose Slush Martini and the Octopus Juice.
Mmmmmm-Hmmmmm!! Can't wait for the drinks.:)

It's ok, I was late on yours too!:lmao: So many things going on! Thanks for the wishes!!
The ladybug release is something they are doing at Epcot during the flower & garden festival. Every so many hours they are doing a ladybug release.:) Sounds like something DS would like.

The lemon one is GOOOD!!! Haven't tried the orange yet, but it looks pretty darn good too.:thumbsup2

Awww, you guys get to meet up! I'm jealous.

Hey DH...howzit?
I swore I would not miss Jr Chef last time but it happened anyway.:sad2: I will be there this time, though! I will send out a full report.:thumbsup2 It just looks like so much fun for them.

DH is in the shower at the moment but I'm sure he say's "hi". :lmao: We are getting ready to go out for my B-day dinner. :woohoo:

Darn, I was counting on flat winkers having fun with Biff. ;)

Thanks!:flower3:

Hopefully whoever had me would take good care of me and not leave me on a ride or accidentally throw me away! :lmao:

Have a great birthday dinner :yay:

:rotfl2: Did you take a pic??

I couldn't today. I brought my camera to school only to find out I hadn't charged the battery

I'll take some pics on Monday. We're getting ready to read the Flat Stanley books and mail him all over the world. Our giant Flat Stanley visits other classes in the building and "writes" in his journal about experiences in each class. He even comes back with photos :rotfl:

I LOVE FLAT STANLEY! That's the unit I miss most about not teaching 2nd grade anymore! We sent him all over the country, and I took him to St. Thomas with me....When I left Westhamton Beach, my kids gave me a Flat Stanely to take with me to my new school... :)

:goodvibes

Being left on a ride or thrown away....would be the least of my worries.:rotfl2:

Last trip we went to DHS no less than 3 times. With all the meltdowns and sickness we kept missing our "goals" for this park which kept us having to return over and over again. Hopefully this time we can get it all done in one shot. First, I'm sure DS will want to visit Lights, Motor, Action again. Being as though this one seems to be the show that causes us the most "time" problems, we may skip it. Not sure how we are going to do this without DS noticing yet. :confused3

Here are our other park goals for DHS:

Rockin' Roller Coaster- We actually had fastpasses for this ride and had to leave the park due to DS's meltdown, about 30-45 minutes before our fastpass time. This is a "must do" this trip.

Star Tours- We missed this one the past 2 trips. We haven't ridden it since 1997.

Tower of Terror- This is an "I'll think about it" one. I'm terrified of falling and DH has always said he doesn't want to ride it. However, after the last trip we somehow find ourselves at a crossroads to bravery.:scared1: Will we ride it? WHO KNOWS!! :confused3

The Great Movie Ride- Ok this is mostly for me. I'm the only one who really likes it. To me, it is a "must do" every trip.

Block Party Bash- New show!! We can't wait to get in the middle of this one!

Fantasmic- We have never seen this firework show. I'm thinking DS will be brave enough for it. If not, then I guess we will just leave.

Toy Story Mania- The "official" opening I've been reading lately is May 20th. However, they are having "soft openings" starting the beginning of May....or at least this is the rumor. We are crossing our fingers and hoping and wishing that we are in the right place at the right time to get a "sneak peek" ride on this new attraction. :woohoo:

Indiana Jones- DH and I agree that we'd like to check this out since we've never seen it.

Honey I shrunk the kids playground- DS loves this place. We can't deny him. ;)

Mulch, Sweat, & Shears- DH and I were laughing yesterday over the fact that we were jamming out to a band called "mulch, sweat, & shears". It may be nerdy but I'm telling you, they ROCK!!:rockband:

Your goals look great!!!

I hope Toy Story Mania is open during your visit.

Fantasmic is so much more than a fireworks show. It is AMAZING! You and your family will love it. I think it's one of Disney's best.
