Tax refund by snail mail

Who sent their taxes in the old fashioned way? How long did it take you to get them back? On their website it says mine were scheduled to be mailed on Friday the 14th, now im anxiously awaiting its arrival. Wonder how long it might actually take....

I mailed my son's in, but used direct deposit for the refund. It took about a month. If it was in the mail on the 14th, you should get it early this week.

I sent mine January 30th, but the papers were not going to be even processed until Feb. 11th because of the AMT forms. I got my refund by check 4 days ago.

I mailed mine in and requested a paper check. The site said mine would be mailed on the 29th (of February) and about 3 days after that I received my refund

Same for us. We actually i-filed but chosed to get a check rather then EFT. I am hoping the check is here by the end of the week.

No, the website never even acknowledged that it was processing it. I called two days before I received the check to see what was going on and she told me I would receive it by xx day.

i mailed ours out on 20feb. we chose direct deposit and it was received on friday 14march.

if yours were also sent out on friday, i would think you would receive them in the next day or so.

I filed by mail with my payment. I mailed the return on March 9th, the check was cashed March 14th. Interesting how fast that gets processed!

I don't remember exactly when we mailed ours out, but it said it would ship to us on friday march 8 and it was here that Monday. Awesome!

Ahh, they changed my date! Grrrr it was supposed to be mailed today, now it will be mailed on the 21st. I swear it didnt take this long other years when we e-filed to get a check.
