I got the same e-mail -- actually for some odd reason I got two -- and they arrived promptly after I signed up. It had been 2 or 3 days and still no coupon when I happened to be Kohls shopping for a piano recital dress for DD and saw the ideal dress in her size (the only one on the rack). I asked at customer service if I could hold the dress until the coupon arrived & she said to just fill out the info. there (they have cards you can give to the cashier; someone must enter the info. later that day?) and she took off the $5. It was a pricy dress, so that sure helped. Thought was very customer friendly and now DD has her perfectly pink piano recital dress! Kohl's rocks!

I also signed up and got the same email and no coupon for $5. I remember being in kohls and checking out and the cashier asked if i wanted to give my email address and i would get a coupon for $5, i asked if i got the coupon right away and she said they would email it to me I remember cvs was famous for promising the same deal, i gave cvs my email address 3 times and no coupon was ever email to me. I was a little hesitant about signing up with kohls
