It was ...........

2pound!:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Not a lot compared to Becky:rolleyes: , but an amazing result for me considering my buffet explosion the other day:rolleyes1

That means I've dropped into the 10 stones now:banana:

I want to lose another half a stone before Easter and another half stone before July - I'm on target folks:cool1: - keeps me motivated:cheer2:

Aerobics in the lounge for me today:yay: :yay:

So, whats everyones plans for he weekend then?

Due to the yukky weather outside I dont intend venturing outside unless its an emergency:lmao: , therefore Ellis and I are having an "indoor" weekend.

I've invented a game called 20-10. Ellis really likes it:eek:

I set the timer - we do 20 minutes where he decides what we/he does...wii, nintendo, movie, play a game, hide and seek - absolutely anything..

then when the 20 minute timer goes off I set in for 10 minutes and we do homework and school work.

Its amazing - we get loads done this way and he doesnt mind doing it in 10 minute spurts.

I buy additional work books off the internet - we completed a whole maths book in a week! - he would normally moan about doing a page!

After that we'll watch Enchanted or Mr M' Magic emporium and then we're making jelly and cheesecake - its only a packet thing and small...I'll just have a teeny tiny weeny slice:goodvibes

Hi Cath
Great to see you on here!

No Florida for us this year - we're off to Greece in the summer. Theres a small possibilty of us going for Xmas but its not looking likely.

Are you going this year?

Excited about Oct 09?

Pop on here more often.

Have fun in the snow:scared:

no holidays booked so far, priced up going back to puerto pollensa in majorca and it is soo expensive compared to cruising so put off going in self catering one bedroom apartment the size of a cupboard.
we too are thinking of maybe going away at christmas, sick of the weather this year and we were all ill
maybe florida of perhaps skiing somewhere.
where in greece are you going, love the food there.

not

We're going to Zante again.

Resort - Alykes. Its nice - been twice already. Its quiet and some lovely restaurants.

I agree though - Europe seems to be getting more expensive and Florida is getting cheaper! - especially cos our £ is so strong against the dollar:thumbsup2

I have never fancied ski-ing - waaaaay to cold for me! I have got a big thick jumper on today and the heating up full blast:rotfl: - I dont "do" cold.:cold:

Have a lovely weekend Cath. Say hi to Sean and Olivia for us.:goodvibes

Taxes done, and PC cruise gonna be paid off!:cool1: :cool1:
With a little bahama mama money left over!

:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

I think we are using our refund to pay for Angelina's :teacher: graduation party, the refund should just about cover all the expenses..........

This bobaloser stayed the same this week, last weekend did me in........:guilty:

We wound up with about 1.5" of rain yesterday and I'm glad it was rain, otherwise we would of had about 15" of that white stuff on the ground, and I would not have been a happy camper...........:sad2:

Good morning Karen!

We actually have a pretty busy weekend coming up. Later this morning we take Thomas to swim class, then in the afternoon over to our friends' house for the day. We have a great group of friends, some with kids, some without, we all get together Saturday afternoons and chat, play cards or board games, order in dinner, and just hang out. It's great because the kids all play together, and the adults (especially the moms) get to have some adult conversation.

Then tomorrow is Thomas's 5th b-day, so we're going out for lunch with his grandparents. He chose the restaurant - it's a steak place with a country/western theme. Then, tomorrow is also the Super Bowl - it's the championship game for American football - so we'll be going over to our same friends for a party and to watch the game. I will bring Thomas's birthday cake over there to eat.

Somewhere in there I also have to get Thomas's presents wrapped and the cake made (I'm going to try to make a pirate ship - I'll post pics if it turns out)!

I stayed the same too Andy, but it's not a gain!! Keep thinking positive - here's some pixiedust: for us both this week!
