i felt like an idiot in a cupboard...the making of my ressie

so, i get paid today and i'm ALL excited and go home at lunch to make my ressie

the cm and i get everything done and it's time to give him our cc#

and i say, "wait. i'm sorry. i haven't deposited my paycheck, yet"

cannot describe how ridiculous i felt

i'm sure he got off the phone and shared that with some co-workers

the good news is: i DID get them made tonight

por w/kingsize bed & waterview!

oh, and they had my ex-dh's name still attached to my new name and my new husband and ex-dh and i have been divorced for over 7 years

she changed ex-dh's name to my son's name because she couldn't delete my ex-dh

HA!!! Anyone who has not been where you are (waiting for a CC payment to go through, check to clear, deposit to be credited etc etc) has not been making their own ressies, right? They have a staff for that

(Disneynutz, just want to say - right there with ya - I divorced the other vet of 2vets several years ago - not sure my now-DH appreciates my "handle"!!!)

my dh now is also an ex-dh and he's the most wonderful man i've ever met in my life

i would go through all the 'old' stuff again just to get to him

i'm in the process of converting him to a wdw fanatic

this will be his first trip

sometimes i turn on mouseworld radio and listen to that while the slideshow is playing on allears dot net

i'm just mildly obsessed with the mouse!

we went to POR to eat at the food court in my '98 trip and i thought it was a neat place back then

He wrote me a check to deposit into my account so I could use my credit card and I called and made the whole reservation and felt like such an idiot. I was like "you know what? Nevermind, I don't have any money right now!"

For future reference, they will hold the ressie for 14 days without payment, I can't imagine why they didn't tell you that.
